But after Googling around, I found the source (or the closest thing to it): Moreno! I ordered from Moreno because it was cheaper, and I had a feeling their delivery service would be far better than Wayfair or Home Depot's. I know I made the right choice. Once my order was confirmed, I was able to schedule my delivery date and time range. The delivery team who brought my vanity carried it inside my house, down into my basement and helped me unpackage it so I could inspect it before signing off on the delivery. It was SUCH a valuable touch, especially after reading all the poor reviews on Home Depot and Wayfair, primarily about issues with their vanities arriving damaged or missing parts. I didn't even mention how beautiful it is. It's beautiful. But the delivery service alone is reason for me to leave this 5-star review!

I bought this cabinet and they insisted that their policy had changed but they hadn't updated their website. I bought the item under the understanding of the cost of return would not include restocking for a cabinet and they are refusing to admit this is their miscommunication. They immediately updated their website to pretend it had said that the whole time but it did not.

This is regarding unsafe Low-grade Cookware Packaging AND Systemic Call Evasion, and Portal Deception. Their portal for reporting issues is a hilarious joke, they don't respond to the portal. J.A. Henckels and Zwillings and their representatives does not respond to phone calls, and portal, it is extremely difficult to reach this company after you make a purchase. My shipment arrived damaged on arrival broken glass lids all over and through out the box because of extreme poor Packaging and negligence. Henckels, has extremely low-grade manufacturing standards, shipping negligence, and defensive customer service loops operated by Zwillings and J.A. Henckels, I cut my hand twice on the loose glass. Henckels, distributed fragile, uninsulated glass lids packed directly on top and beneath of heavy Stainless Steel Pots. This severe Packaging deficit resulted in the Cookware Lids arriving completely shattered, causing cuts injuries to my hand upon opening the box.It is a complete failed disas. Furthermore, Zwillings J A. Henckels Corporate Management has engaged in blatant misrepresentation and deliberately ignoring my phone calls, and having a computer answer the phone,and I couldn't leave a message. When I attempted several times to report my injuries and hazardous broken glass delivery on arrival, their telephone completely blocked my access, utilizing an automated computer recording and stating that no representatives were available and refusing to accept my messages. The corporate office has since then had the audacity to claim that they received no phone notifications,directly contradicting their own automated call system. In a recent written email response, Henckels, explicitly admitted knowledge of my hand injury and conceded corporate liability by stating they will use better care in their Packaging in the future yet they still willfully demanded that I, the injured victim clean up the debris, and risk getting injured again by glass cuts,Zwillings and J.A. Henckels,is a reckless, cheap, poor excuse, and so called business that actively compromises my safety to cut corporate Packaging costs, I requested that they hire a company that could safely disposed the glassand send the box back to them, and they refused,and are holding my respond hostage until they get the damaged merchandise back to them.I didn't create this Issue. Henckels, and Zwillings did by not Packaging the product adequately for the merchandise Stainless Steel Set to be transported safely to me,they are responsible for their lackadaiscal , cheap and negligent actions. A formal Hazard investigation will be submitted to the Federal Consumer Product Safety Commission to enforce strict regulatory compliance, there is a law against transporting unsafe hazardous materials to prevent myself, mail workers,and garbage em from being injured as a result of their reckless, blatant, negligence and their disregard for my i juries and are trying to coerce me into mailing a severely damaged box back to them, they don't care about me or anyone, their greed has consumed them,all they care about is the money I spent, selfish and greedy. Zwillings and Henckels are refusing to accept responsibility for their own careless deplorable negligent actions.     Our sales associate, Lori, truly made our experience at cabinets to go from start to finish chaotic…read moreand very inconsistent. Buyer beware!! We were open with Lori from the get go that we had our own contractor through our insurance company who would install the cabinets and countertops... we showed up to the store with pictures of our kitchen + MEASUREMENTS. Lori constantly asked for different measurements (citing they were incorrect, they weren't) and her 3D pics of our kitchen was always wrong (4+ times she attempted to correct this but couldn't) we were back and forth with her until she OFFERED to send "their" contractor who would charge us $99 to measure but would REIMBURSE us if we purchased cabinets from them. Although we had our own measurements for the sake of our sanity we agreed because we were on a time crunch to get our cabinets installed. Contractor came took measurements (which btw were the same as the ones we gave her LOL) and the day we were set to purchase the cabinets, Lori said she needed more time because after looking at yet another 3D pics we noticed one of the pantry doors wouldn't open, so she needed to revise (surprise surprise)... when we received the final receipt we noticed our refund AND countertop quote was no where to be found. Lori later emailed that she couldn't refund us and to reach out to the manager... update coming..

    Whenever we visit this store, my parents would recall times past. How the business used to be…read morecalled Grossman's when they started coming by for supplies, then Contractor's Warehouse with its old school orange and black logo, and finally for a period of time referred to as HD Supply. Well now it's the CW again, and from the looks of it not much has changed. Still the same long walks down the hallways in relative quiet, unless you are rolling the panel truck like I was. Friendly customer service through the phone when I asked about availability/quantity of corrugated roofing panels. Then at the store the staff would help find the appropriate wood screws. Whereas in the past I remembered older folks staffing the store, now it's mostly younger guys and gals though knowledgeable all the same. Can't put my finger on it, but it does feels different from a Home Depot but in a good way.

    The customer service at this store has been very disappointing. While the prices may be lower, the…read morelevel of service is unacceptable. Very few employees speak Spanish, which makes communication difficult for many customers. It is important to have staff who can assist customers in both English and Spanish. In addition, getting help from an employee takes an extremely long time. During my visit, I asked a cashier to hold an item for me while I continued shopping and planned to purchase it. Later, I discovered that the item had been sold to someone else. I found this very frustrating and unprofessional. What was even more disappointing was that the manager did not seem concerned about resolving the situation or addressing my complaint. I do not enjoy shopping here because of the poor customer service. Many of my construction employees and coworkers have shared similar experiences and have told me they avoid this store because of the service. Management and ownership should understand that customer service is just as important as pricing. If customers do not feel valued and respected, they will choose to spend their money elsewhere.
