I am SO happy with my new vanity + sink top! The vanity I bought I first found on Wayfair, then on Home Depot. But after Googling around, I found the source (or the closest thing to it): Moreno! I ordered from Moreno because it was cheaper, and I had a feeling their delivery service would be far better than Wayfair or Home Depot's. I know I made the right choice. Once my order was confirmed, I was able to schedule my delivery date and time range. The delivery team who brought my vanity carried it inside my house, down into my basement and helped me unpackage it so I could inspect it before signing off on the delivery. It was SUCH a valuable touch, especially after reading all the poor reviews on Home Depot and Wayfair, primarily about issues with their vanities arriving damaged or missing parts. I didn't even mention how beautiful it is. It's beautiful. But the delivery service alone is reason for me to leave this 5-star review! read more

I needed to make a return and while I understand that I have to pay shipping for the item, their company website says that there is a fee for restocking vanities. Not cabinets. I bought this cabinet and they insisted that their policy had changed but they hadn't updated their website. I bought the item under the understanding of the cost of return would not include restocking for a cabinet and they are refusing to admit this is their miscommunication. They immediately updated their website to pretend it had said that the whole time but it did not. read more

As a general contractor, I would advise to avoid this company at all costs. The countertops do not fit the base in either the 36 or 42 inch Louis models. Home Depot customer service do not help at all. Moreno Bath customer service is amongst the worse I have ever dealt with. Firstly they said this has never happened (above review suggests otherwise). Secondly, I have spent all day with back and forth emails to resolve this issue as no one at Moreno Bath is able to pick up the customer service telephone. They have made resolving this issue incredibly difficult and suggesting the only fix is to just return the product rather than making any sort of effort to fix their problem. The return policy written on the website is, at best, extremely misleading. The policy states that return shipping and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted, which reasonably suggests a customer would still receive a meaningful portion of their refund back. In reality, on a $725 vanity, the combined fees for restock plus return shipping total over $550. That means nearly 75% of the purchase price is forfeited for returning a new, unused, uninstalled item. Had the website clearly communicated that returning a vanity could realistically result in losing the vast majority of the purchase price, I never would have made the purchase. Their vanities were perfect, the Max Floating Vanity was our favorite in its simplicity and elegance, like something you'd see in a magazine, but without the crazy price tag. I ended up getting the Max, and it's perfect. It's got this sleek, modern look, and the drawers are super smooth. All in all, we would recommend them again. Their customer service line was great, Stephen helped us a lot in finding the right color for our bathroom, and everything was quick and easy. Absolutely abysmal product and customer service. We ordered a vanity and the top was scratched with normal wear and tear within 1 week of installation. When I contacted the company to ask about replacement or any other options, I was told too bad - nothing to do because it's installed. To make matters worse, the return policy is terrible as well, so if something is not right, even if in original packaging and never opened, the cost to return the item is almost more than the cost. This is one of the worst companies I have worked with in terms of quality and service. AVOID! read more

Although this place is a bit run down they do have a variety of vanities to choose from and we were able to customize the vanity we wanted. They are back ordered and unable to keep up with demand so we had to wait a few days to get our vanity while others have been waiting over a month so call ahead before going. Still the cheapest priced bathroom vanities we have found so they get 4 stars read more

I purchased a MorenoBath vanity from Home Depot online, after used for only 5 months, the wood support in the back of the vanity broke, it totally compromised the structural integrity of the vanity. I contacted MorenoBath immediately, first they are saying the warranty is voided since I installed the vanity which is not true, my contractor did. Then they said, the warranty is voided because I installed the vanity 5 months after it is delivered which is also not true, I have been using it for 5 months, lastly, they said they just changed the warranty terms which is also not true, it has been the same term on the homedepot site. The team at Tona works to truly get what you need for your bathroom. After going to a couple places looking for a countertop for a custom vanity I build, my wife and I arrived here. Although, Tona does not do custom tops James was a able to find multiple countertops that would fit the specs I needed. He provided the service that we needed and we truly appreciated it.
