I love the cabinets we bought from there. They went together quick and the damaged parts were replaced in a timely manner. We installed ourselves. My only complaint is with the drawer glides. Our sales associate, Lori, truly made our experience at cabinets to go from start to finish chaotic and very inconsistent. Buyer beware!! We were open with Lori from the get go that we had our own contractor through our insurance company who would install the cabinets and countertops... we showed up to the store with pictures of our kitchen + MEASUREMENTS. Lori constantly asked for different measurements (citing they were incorrect, they weren't) and her 3D pics of our kitchen was always wrong (4+ times she attempted to correct this but couldn't) we were back and forth with her until she OFFERED to send "their" contractor who would charge us $99 to measure but would REIMBURSE us if we purchased cabinets from them. Although we had our own measurements for the sake of our sanity we agreed because we were on a time crunch to get our cabinets installed. Contractor came took measurements (which btw were the same as the ones we gave her LOL) and the day we were set to purchase the cabinets, Lori said she needed more time because after looking at yet another 3D pics we noticed one of the pantry doors wouldn't open, so she needed to revise (surprise surprise)... when we received the final receipt we noticed our refund AND countertop quote was no where to be found. They agreed to repair the walls and put in new Backsplash. Here we are in FEBRUARY with many emails and phone calls. Sorry I ever went through them. Ordered kitchen cabinets - store manager added in unnecessary items we didn't know until the units were installed by our contractor until after installation. Yalanda the store manager said due to the amount of money spent and a "special promotion" they added cookware valued over $650.00. However the order was padded with 7 roll out trays - we had asked for pantry slide outs only 2-3. We made part of this mistake work but had an additional 5 out of 7 trays that did not fit. When we contacted Yalanda we asked to return them- she said no problem and would meet us on 6/14 in their show room to return the items. Meanwhile we ordered an additional butcher block counter top and spent an additional $300.00. We were willing to work with Yalanda and choose some alternative accessories to replace the items she mistakenly over ordered (padded) our original order with- said she would have to talk to her accounting department to waive a shipping charge of $99.99 on our return authorization - and she would get back to us for design approvals for the replacement items we would exchange. Yalanda conveniently was not at the store when we returned the products and she never contacted us back to either receive our credit or the replacement items... We have been waiting for a an e-mail follow up - call... nothing. So on 7/23/2024 we contacted HQ. Mason the customer service rep and asked for our refund almost $500.00 he said he would reach out to the store manager Yalanda and we would see a credit on our account within 24-48 hours. Nothing happened - we called back today 8/4 and again reached "Mason" who informed us that the "credit" was processed on 6/11/2024. But didn't have all the details. This is funny- not funny because we returned the products on 6/14 and what should have been applied was only the shipping charge of $99.99 - that didn't apply because we personally brought them back. Yalanda said she would have to talk to the accounting department about the cook are promotional items we received and had been approved to not charge us or have them replaced because of her error and the additional amount of money we spent for a counter top. Cabinets to go was a big mistake. Buy cabinets somewhere else. I ordered kitchen cabinets and there were some broken parts. It took weeks of fighting to get them to replace them under warranty. Then I found a cracked door and their "lifetime Transferrable Warranty" is worthless. I had to pay to get a replacement door. It took two shipments, because the replacement door was worse than my original. Now the second replacement door is warped, and I don't know if it is worth fighting about. I had ordered cabinets for two bathrooms, and I canceled them, and they are charging $298.00 in shipping even though I never got them. They are terrible. Looking to remodel your kitchen on somewhat of a budget? We were referred to Cabinets To Go by a friend who was building their home from ground up and they used all CTG fixtures in the entire home. For us, we went there to see options, pricing and to learn a lot of things one should know when you're remodeling your kitchen. We spoke with Danny, who is great at what he does. It is highly recommended that you have your exact measurements from wall to wall, floor to ceiling, length of any windows and length of any doors. If you have all that prior to going to see if they have the styles you like, you will be ahead of the game. We sat with Danny and configured all the cabinets we needed to complete our kitchen design. Once we had that, we inquired with Danny on contractors or installers that they have worked with. He referred us to Robert with One Stop construction. For a small fee, Robert came out to the house with all the information of our CTG selections to make sure they will fit. The quote we received to install all the cabinets were more then competitive to other contractors we spoke to. All I can say is we bought through CTG and hired One Stop Construction to do the work. First, the cabinets are fantastic! Second, Lisa is great! Sadly, the one we worked with (not Lisa) was pretty worthless. We placed an order on 6/24/2023. He forgot to have me sign one invoice so the order didn't actually go in until a couple weeks later. Then he forgot to send a work order to the installer. Oh, and he forgot to order filler and a refrigerator panel. The project that was to have been finished around July 10 is still in process. Since we still haven't gotten the refrigerator panel, the countertop people will have to come back later to cut the countertop correctly. Costing me another $325. The combo trash/recycle bin we bought for $299 wasn't delivered. Corporate says it was. Well, too bad for us since they're not going to do anything. We expect a glitch or two in a big project like remodeling the kitchen. This person messed up at just about every conceivable step. Is there any effort on his or the corporation's part to appease us? DO. NOT. USE. THIS. PLACE in Los Angeles area. Would give negative 1000 stars if that was possible. As one can see, this is not the only negative review. 1) Before you even consider this place, trying calling them on the phone and see if they answer -- they don't. That should be your first warning sign. And they rarely answer emails when there's a problem. And the corporate service center was of absolutely no assistance. 2) My first sign that this place was trouble was the difficulty I had trying to order samples. Was a sign of things to come. 3) It took over 5 hours in their showroom to place my original order, even with the manager Trent's assistance. When the cabinets arrived, we found they forgot to order the sink base, which caused a considerable delay in installing the cabinets and the remaining flooring (thank goodness I got the flooring elsewhere). They also neglected to order finish molding for kitchen and bath cabinets so now there's a gap around the floor. 4) We used their installer, OneStopConstruction (Robert Wooten). Big Mistake. First, CTG neglected to give the installer a blueprint for the kitchen island. We explained in detail and drew him a picture of which cabinets went where, and he finally got it right on the third attempt. 5) Ordered and paid for the moldings and extra paint kit in January; it's now June and still don't have them. Got a multitude of excuses from Susanna ("Design Sales Consultant") and now they've stopped returning my phone calls and emails. 6) Regarding installation, what a mess. The drawers do not line up correctly--actually rubbing against each other-- and the end panel on the island was installed crooked and damaged when the nails missed the mark so they protrude on the outside, and part of the finish is torn off. Could be remedied if they would provide the paint touchup kit I ordered and paid for 6 months go, but no. Robert Wooten/OneStopConstruction also does not respond to emails. Shame on me for not reading reviews before I purchased their product and services. Our journey to purchase cabinets and countertops for our laundry room, mud room and pantry began over 3 months ago. The project is still incomplete. NOTE: CTG required payment in full prior to beginning the project. That should have been the first RED FLAG. During our visit to their showroom in Charleston, SC, they gave us a quote and a contract to sign which required payment in full (almost $18,000). Then they sent a contractor out to verify our measurements (an additional charge of $99), after which CTG notified us that we will need to pay an additional $1300 to complete the project. We did so. The cabinets were shipped to our house a few weeks later and stored in our garage until they could schedule the install yet another few weeks later. The install took twice as long than anticipated because the contractor and his team worked only about 5 hours a day and didn't show up every day. Then the contractor informed us that one of the cabinets was too big for the space (for which he had verified the measurements) and they were going to need to send a smaller cabinet. I received a phone call from CTG that this smaller cabinet would cost a few hundred dollars more. A few weeks later, the smaller cabinet arrives, we have to again wait for scheduling the completion of the install. Next, we had to wait several more days for CTG to send out yet another contractor to verify the measurements for the countertops we had purchased and paid for. This contractor informed us they don't have the counters which we had selected in the showroom, so we had to select another countertop, and pay another $1200. Additionally, it would take 2-3 weeks to schedule the installation. At this point, we had had enough. We told our salesperson to cancel the countertops, because we would purchase them elsewhere. He told us no problem. Days go by and I keep asking about the countertop refund (over $3,000). He finally contacts us and says they will issue the refund to our credit card but will withhold over $400 for the cost of the countertop measurements. So here we are, over 3 months later, with no countertops and still bickering with CTG while they hold our funds. This has been a nightmare! Stay away from CTG! read more

Go somewhere else...anywhere else. We paid for our cabinet order on October 25th, 2022. It is now February, and we still don't have a functioning kitchen. It isn't like we haven't been through this rodeo before. I've been hands-on and involved in well over one-hundred kitchen remodels over the last 20 years working as a designer, manufacturer, and installer. On to my experience... The ordering and design process seemed to go smoothly. Our salesperson was attentive and accommodating and I had no qualms about that portion of the process--until the cabinets arrived. They delivered my order and it was short the big pantry cabinet, the largest cabinet on the order. The first cabinet I needed to install was the corner cabinet. Because of the layout of our kitchen, we have a corner sink base. What was in there before was a 42" corner sink base--we were swapping same-sized cabinets with these to update the look and replace the MDF builder cabinets our house came with 20 years ago. What the plat view of our design showed for this cabinet was the code SBCD42. That may not mean anything to anyone unfamiliar with the 20/20 design software used by cabinet companies, but that means it is supposed to be a sink base, corner, depth 42". It did have the hashes on that cabinet noting that there was an issue with their catalog, but my wife and I were assured by our salesperson that when the order was placed it would be the correct cabinet. It wasn't. Eventually, after several escalations, I was gifted the opportunity to pay a 25% fee to have them take their cabinet back and build my own at my expense where I had to buy the paint from them to match the rest of the cabinets (I agreed to this resolution on December 27th, it took until January 25th for the return). Why didn't they just send a 42" corner sink base--Cabinets To Go doesn't make one (why they sold me one is beyond me). The whole time dealing with this issue, I couldn't deal with anyone at the store. I had to call their 800 number and deal with the service reps who are outsourced to somewhere with people who couldn't even pronounce my name, which isn't difficult. I had an issue with our pantry cabinet being damaged--I didn't even attempt that circus again--I just spent three hours in my shop fixing it...better than three hours on the phone. Once the cabinets were installed, we called to initiate the templates for the countertops we purchased through them. The subcontractor came out, did the template, and had us scheduled for an installation in a reasonable amount of time. When they showed up to install our quartz countertops, they were dark grey--they were supposed to be white. Apparently, when Cabinets To Go processed our order, it defaulted to the first color in the alphabet which was "Antiquity." I again had to call their 800 number to get this fixed. I was told they were going to "rush" it. I got the date for my installation yesterday and it is going to be 3 days longer to fix the issue than it was between them doing the template and attempting the first install. The countertop guys (a subcontractor) have been great. It wasn't their issue, Cabinets To Go sent the order for the wrong paperwork to them. We've been out of a functioning kitchen for months at this point (I expected several weeks, but two months is beyond crazy). All our kitchen items are stored in our offices--so my wife and I have a reminder all day long that Cabinets To Go sucks (aside from not having a functioning kitchen). We budgeted for 3 weeks of not having a functioning kitchen (ordering food etc.) and have blown way past that through no fault of our own. Have they offered anything but more work for me and headaches...nope. Kitchen remodels are expensive. You pay upfront with trust and understanding that whomever you are working with is going to reasonably take care of you. The fact is, the Cabinets To Go store can't do anything but sell to you. They don't handle damages, issue replacements or refunds, or even communicate with you about when things are going to happen. Go somewhere else...anywhere else. read more

As far a my cabinets for my kitchen and bathrooms, those are fantastic. Has an issue with drawer glides not being in the box and STILL waiting on those after a month! My issue is on ordering kitchen drawer organizers. I ordered 2 for 15" drawers. I got them and they WERE NOT anything like the picture. Been dealing with returning them with customer service. They want to charge me a 25% restocking fee! I was just told by the customer service agent assisting me, Rin, that management said "there is nothing wrong with these items . Yes, they are different from the photos on the website, but products do change and upgrade over time. If you will take the items back to the store for a return, there will be a 25% restocking free applied to the refund" WTH! Products change?? Isn't a customer expecting what the picture on the website shows when they are purchasing? No where does the website say products might not be representative of the actual item! I call BS on this. WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM ONLINE. Besides now that I got them, they sell the same brand, Rev-a-shelf, on AMAZON without a restock fee! Wish i would have known that. read more

Your salespeople would be best served by a little retraining. We made it clear we were looking for cabinets for a basement project and the salesperson refused to even admit that you had the low end range I saw on line even though the sample was on your show room floor. I asked for a quote from the stock cabinet range and he insisted on quoting the semi-custom cabinet and ended up 50% higher than solid wood cabinetry from a lumber yard. Never did get the quote I asked for and never heard from them again. The dismissive misogynistic salesperson was an experience from a bad movie. People know what they want. Listen to them. read more

STAY AWAY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We were renovating the bathroom in one of our rental units. We visited the Stuart location and found what we were looking for. We ordered a bathroom vanity sink base, a pantry cupboard and (2) drawer bases. All were to be sized for bathroom installation (21" counter depth to match sink base). The cabinets were delivered and we reviewed the packing slip. All looked correct. My husband installed the sink base and then proceeded to put the drawer bases together. Then we discovered that the drawer bases were the wrong size - they were 24" counter depth - kitchen sized. My husband hired a carpenter to assist him in building out the sink base to match the drawer bases. Created a new set of problems as the counter now extended beyond the wall! Now the wall had to be built out to be even with the counter! We contacted Cabinets to Go to discuss this matter as we thought a refund of some sort was due us in order to recoup the expenses associated with accommodating the incorrectly sized cabinets. We continued to contact Cabinets to Go for TWO WEEKS with absolutely no response from management! We ultimately contacted our credit card to file a complaint! Customer service is non-existent! We LOVED working with Bridget and all the staff at Cabinets to Go in Commerce! She was so kind and patient, she asked us good questions and helped us work through all our options. She made the process as fast and as painless as possible but also gave us a lot of confidence in our decisions! She also worked with us to get us the best deal possible. We had to bring our toddler with us for one of our meetings and she was so patient and kind with her as well. We purchased a total kitchen remodel from this company for about 12 - 14K. The measurements were done wrong twice and the wrong items were ordered. Things needed were not ordered requiring us to have to pay additional amounts twice, The installation was again a total cluster. It had to be totally redone. My wife was without her kitchen for 3 months, washing dishes in the shower. Jason Delves, the company CEO, took his precious time to call me, I guess thinking that will make everything better. He kept asking what I needed to make me happy, I'm sure so he could say all it was about was money. It's not about the money, I would not have taken this on if I couldn't afford it. It's totally about how you treat people. I'm a 100% disabled Veteran and 30 plus year First Responder, that shouldn't even make a difference, but it was explained to me how Mr. Delves has several family members that are or were in the armed services and I respect them for their service. He never stated he, himself was in, so I guess that says it all. I do not recommend this company to anyone that could even need a cutting board installed, I'm sure they will find a way to screw it up. I would hate to see anyone that walked the walk that I have to even take the chance to be treated as we were. We also ordered knobs with our order but they did not arrive and we ordered a lazy susan but did not get what we ordered. Thank goodness my husband decided to go into the Schaumburg, IL office to fix something on our order or we would have not known that our order was not shipped. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a cabinet company. They have over $12,000.00 of our money and my cabinets were supposed to be finished before Thanksgiving 2021. It's January 3, 2022. I had a drawing of exactly what I wanted. It has been the biggest mess ever. They keep asking me for more money to finish the job. I'm missing a cabinet and trim. They want $1500.00 more dollars. I will never do business with them again and I do not recommend this location. The owner/manager is in Franklin Tn and this is the LaVergne location. My husband had to adjust the hole for the ice maker because my top are being installed today. He had to remove a cabinet and filler, cut the filler down and reinstall. I ordered a trash pull out, still don't have it. This was a small job. 4 cabinets in a butler pantry. 3 lower and 1 upper. The bar area is 3 lower and 3 upper cabinets. That's it! I came over to my friend's house and saw a massive crack on my friend's new countertop. When I asked my friend about it, this is what they said. A lot of their countertops were high quality (which I agree from the countertop alone), but when they did the cut and installation, the countertop was chipped. They tried calling and emailing to get it fixed or some type of reimbursement for damages done, but they said they wouldn't offer reimbursement at all with rude customer service. The company agreed eventually to "fix" it, but they just came over and put cement on the crack, and it still looked bad. Installation was $3950 bucks. I don't suggest going here for installation. Ordered cabinets from the Scarborough Me store. When they were delivered, 1 cabinet was damaged, 3 had broken cam locks, and 2 cabinets were not delivered. When called for assistance, there was no concern about Cabinets to Go mistake. I was hung up on, transferred, told in their terms "what standard business practice is", and forced to speak to call centers where I could not understand due to accent of people on the phone. There solution is 10-14 business days they "may" get us the missing product and broken parts. Meanwhile I have contractors walking off the job and do not have kitchen. NO CONCERN from Cabinets to Go still. Customer service means nothing to them. Their mistake is going to cost me money, and time. They claim to have a life time warranty on their cabinets and parts. I have been waiting 3 weeks to get some plastic parts that are used to hold up drawers. Here is my experience. we went to cabinets to go to buy kitchen cabinets. the salesman trievel, store number 251 located 203 Naamans rd Claymont Del 19703 sold us on cabinets which were on super sale and we purchased 6500 worth of cabinets He was very nice we got the sale price. it is now 3 wks later they were delivered unassembled. we has to accept them as it woulld have cost a 20 percent return charge, $1300. When we called him joel he insisted that he told us that the cabinets required assembly. However, if he had told us that we would have gone to another store. To our dismay it was going to cost us another 2500 dollars for our contracters to build them. When he told us that they would not arrive assembled my husband said its going to cost us, to have it done. i insist he never told us.
