Marlon Sr called me a short time latter listened to my exact issue and all my questions. Offered a troubleshooting step and then told me to give them a call or text if that worked otherwise they'd see me in the morning. He let me quiz him detail about some homework preventative maintenance I could do in the future and the best way to do it. Alas, his troubleshooting advice didn't work. But the fact that he tried, even though it could have potentially cost him a billable service call was remarkable. Marlon Jr showed up and quickly went to work and diagnosed the problem. Told me the cost and said they'd do what the can to be back that night if at all possible. Called me a short time later to let me know the supply house didn't have the part but they'd be back next day. I didn't have my phone so I missed the text letting me know Willy was en route, but they actually were able to get the part and came back a short time later. All in all two trips to my house in the same day in less than 4 hours with two great techs and my issue was fixed and repaired.
