In addition, I had to have them come out to look at a leak that occurred in the same system after they left. Since I couldn't 100% prove it was them that caused the leak even though it was in the same part they had been working on the day before I paid a token "call out fee". I subsequently found out that their idea of full service was a lessor service and contacted them for a refund to a more reasonable rate for the service they provided as well as a full refund of the leak service because they were only there for 15 minutes. The lady in the office offered me a refund of $600 and said the check would be in the mail. That was a few months ago, I've called and asked and they said they would get back to me. I've never dealt with a business that promised a refund and didn't deliver. I would not recommend doing business with this plumbing company.
