His timely response to my request meant that he cares for customers sense of urgency to diagnose and provide his honest professional assessment. My first impression from the 1st time I spoke with him, is that he's very polite, respectful and overwhelming honest. These are rare attributes, that stood out to me from most other plumbing companies. Steven fixed my leaky shower faucet leak, when other company said they needed to replace faucet, cut open an access panel behind wall, replace 3 feet of water line that would've cost me $2,848. Steve offered me 3 options to decide from, so I opted to replace a worn-out rubber seal that attached seat and comes in contact with chrome stem. He explained everything so clear in terms I could understand. The final cost for me was not overwhelming. His final charges included free estimate, parts and labor. I am so pleased with the end result of the repair and would highly recommend Steven for anyone's urgent plumbing repair needs.

They didn't follow the Manual instructions and mainly did not remove the Aluminum roof plastic which was highlighted in the Manual that you must remove it. Now my Aluminum roof will work as plastic roof as I won't be able to put heater inside the Gazebo. Also, they did not follow which nails/screws goes where from Manual. They put any screws anywhere. I hope this Gazebo doesn't fall on our head one day. I wouldn't recommend these people.

Stopping the blaring was not easy (because the malfunctioning alarm off switch, a mislabeled electrical panel, and more. Anyway, in the morning hubby called the septic company that most recently pumped our tank two years ago and was told about the diagnosis service charge and that they'd probably need a $600 pumping before they could work. And if they diagnose electrical (like pump or the alarm box), they need to call the electricians who'd have another service charge... in the meantime, I searched online and saw the rave reviews for Kitsap Septic. So, I called and was told it sounded like electrical issues (pump, floats, and the alarm box) and that it's doubtful our tank needs pumping! I was told to call Aquarius pump and they'll prob use a sump pump and then take care of things quickly, correctly, and at a reasonable price. (And if the tank does need pumping, they'll call him.) It all went exactly as expected. Aquarius Pump came e as to the next morning and got it working enough to use the plumbing, but said to fix it properly, he'd need to return to replace the pump and alarm box. In another couple of days, it was just a memory. Except we now have a fantastically honest and highly regarded Septic service who I feel about recommending!!!
