I am not one to write yelp reviews but I feel that B&K Auto Body has been of such great help with multiple instances, both large and small. They will give you a better quote than nearby body shops but they will also return your vehicle looking brand new, as if nothing happened. The reason that I am writing though, is because I've brought back my vehicle for minor follow up questions, when I wasn't sure if my car had dirt that was difficult to remove or body damage, and they kindly helped me to clean up/touch up each time. Meant to write this a while ago but I forgot. Someone hit my car in the parking lot behind my work back in March. I was fortunate enough to have a witness and we were able to track the guy down. In the end, he was willing to pay for all the damages and my rental. He recommended I get a quote from this place, and after checking out several auto body shops, B & K definitely gave me the best quote. Everyone that worked there was really nice and helpful and while I was filling out the paperwork to get the appointment set up, I got to play with this adorable dog that was there. Such a cutie! Anyway, the repairs only took two days and when they called to say my car would be ready at 4pm the next day, I realized that I couldn't leave work until 8pm to pick it up. Since they close at 5pm, that meant that I wouldn't be able to pick up my car till the following day. I called them back and asked if there was anyway my car would be ready by 1pm so someone could drop me off there during my lunch break to pick it up. They made it a priority and my car was ready to be picked up right when I wanted it. If anything else happens to my car in the near future (which, hopefully that's not the case) I will DEFINITELY be coming here first! read more

Had one of the best experiences repairing a vehicle at this shop! I was referred here by another auto repair shop with equally high Yelp reviews. The owner was very nice on the phone and was able to look at my car the same day. He determined that I'd need Honda specific parts which he could order and then do the repair the next business day. When he called Honda about the parts he also asked if they were in stock in their shop (right down the street), and they were. So he gave me a quote and then encouraged me to see if Honda could get it done faster since I was really hoping for a quick repair. Not only did B&K beat Honda's schedule by a business day, they also saved me nearly $80. When I came back to pick up the repaired car, they even showed me the parts they pulled off of the car as part of the repair, so it was clear I was getting exactly what was promised. I pulled up around 4:30 on a Friday since I got off work early and swung by to get an estimate for a paint job - I had a small scrape on my front bumper that looked pretty bad. The owner just cleaned it up and touched it up with with paint right there on the sidewalk and refused to charge me. Amazing! And now I definitely want to get the whole car with a new touch up of paint; definitely earned a repeat customer here! read more

My Sentra's mirror got hit off, so I got a new mirror from the local Nissan dealer, but had to get the cover painted. I took it to B & K since they would paint it for less than the Dealer would. They painted the hell out of that cover, and installed the mirror for free. Think the guy who helped me was named Dave; he was super cool. Also they were fast. Just got back from B & K, and couldn't be more glad that I went there. The customer service was perfect, the work was done fast, and - most importantly - the work was done well. I had a damaged side mirror and they got it fixed for me in about 5 minutes. Based off what other shops had quoted me I assumed the damage was much more extensive, but at B & K they were honest about how simple it was. In addition to how fast they worked and what a great deal they gave me, the quality of the work was also perfect. For this job, there's nothing more I could have asked. Wow! I have been putting off getting my car door realigned for 2 years since I bought the car used. The problem was that the door didn't seal, so when it rained, it would leak in through the top. Anyway, I finally decided to do something about it today. Called B&K an hour ago, they told me to come on by. I drove up and was greeted by David, who proceeded to bend the door back into shape so that it sealed properly when shut. It took him 10 minutes and he didn't charge me anything for it. He wouldn't even let me give him a tip! I am extremely impressed by the service at B&K. I just wish I had done this 2 years ago. read more

The reviews here were excellent, and given that I live less than a mile from the shop, this was the one I chose. My rear passenger-side door was caved in, and a side panel needed to be replaced. The damage was pretty bad, but these guys went to work. Two weeks later, I got my car back, and it looked as good as new. David and his crew did amazing work, and the service was top-notch. My first visit was 1.5 years ago when I came in to have my rear bumper fixed after someone ran into my parked car. Not only did they fix my bumper and an AMAZING price, but they also buffed out some other scratches unrelated to my accident. Because of the awesome service I decided to go back when I needed a new hood. They had the part ordered within a day. They said they would have my car for 3 days for installation and paint. 24 hours after dropping my car off, they called to say it was ready. And the work was amazing. They really did a great job. Stopped here by chance and Im glad I did; I was starting a cross country trip and noticed that the damaged fender above my rear wheel would rub tire due to the weight added to the car. Went to see what they could do about the plastic lining behind my bumper that was dragging on the ground especially when I made right turns -- hitting those dips have taken a toll after a while. Saw they had 5 stars on yelp. The guy who helped me, Mitchell I think, was very helpful and accommodating. They tightened it for me as a courtesy! All I can say is WOW! My husband forgot our back door was open when he backed out of our parking space and into a pole that bent it. I came to Yelp to find a trustworthy auto body shop and found all these marvelous reviews. Well, we went this morning and the service guy (I was so upset, I never got his name) came to the car and said, "I can fix that right now." With Superman strength, he bent the door back to its normal position until it was as good as new. Then, he didn't even charge us! I can't believe such a great business still exists in today's market. I came on a Monday afternoon and they asked me to come back the next day because they were swamped with work. Arrived 8 am Tuesday and they said they'd have it done in three hours. I even got a ride back to my place by one of their guys! Very generous, courteous, and only charged me $75 for remounting it. They called me at 11:30 and I came by to pick it up.
