Dont buy from this JUNK yard!!! Unless you want to deal with a team who doesn't communicate between themselves. I've shopped from plenty of junk yards this the first one that I've ever had issues with. I ordered two seats driver and passenger side from a Chevy Silverado, they arrived damaged and super moldy. They said they can replace the driver seat and give me a discount. We expected it to arrive on Monday and I got a call today and said they had the passenger seat ready ( but we were expecting the driver seat) again this reflects the communication this company has between their employees. After speaking with the manager they told us the driver seat was cancelled because the shipping was too high.. and to give Reno a call because they got some trucks in with the same seats. They should have accommodated me with Reno and have them ship to Carson THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! They missed up three times thats the least the could've done. read more

Don't buy any parts for them. If you pay to have it installed and it's faulty, they will replace the part but not pay to have the new part reinstalled. They said that the part met all standards, and it didn't. That was in their warranty/guarantee. They do not stand by their warranty. read more

They're website shows they have a part I need so I tried calling to see if they had another part that was shown in the picture, not knowing the exact name and it could already be sold or broken. The guy that answered immediately put me on hold and I spent half of my lunch break waiting until I had to go back. Tried again today right at 8a, the phone automatically send you to the same person you spoke to and again, immediately to hold. Hung up and tried to get someone else just to have him answer and say I just need you to hold a sec. Nah, I'm good. I needed a OEM bolt for my 2019 Ford F-150 rear caliper. Dealer did not have it in stock (too new). Went to B & R auto wreckers in Carson City, NV. Talked to Jesus, he sent me out, with my tools in hand, to look at a couple of Ford trucks, all the differentials had been removes, no caliper found. Went back, talked to Jesus and he had one of the employees drive me around in the the area closed to customers for about 15-20 minutes. We looked at 5 or 6 for Ford trucks, and finally found a bolt from the front caliper of an F-350 that fit. Went back to the office and they gave me the bolt for free. When you call the "local number" your are NOT getting to talk to anyone at that particular yard, in my case it was the Carson City Nv. yard I wanted to speak to regarding a engine my auto shop needed, BUT...instead your talking to a call center in Oregon and to someone that has no idea of the part or parts because he's not at the particular yard that you may want to purchase from, has no idea of even the part, he told me there were none available in Carson City until I gave HIM their stock number (from Car-part.com) then all of a sudden there it was, he then found it. NO THANK YOU!! I WILL DEAL WITH A DISMANTLER WHERE I CAN TALK TO SOMEONE AT THE LOCATION I AM WANTING TO BUY FROM, no I will not deal with any business that thinks they can pretend to have customer service for a yard that's 500 miles away and answer questions about your particular part you need when he can and will never see it first hand. I will never understand a business model that operates like this, the owners are completely out of touch with their buyer. This is a wrecking yard you're selling everything from engines to seats and fenders how the hell can you answer a question about that exact part when yo can't even see it ?? Paid for two color matched fenders that they had to ship from Eugene and Corvallis, first fender arrived after two days as promised, 2nd fender never arrived, fought with them for almost three weeks before I called corporate to light that fire. Fender was shipped and had to wait another two days. "conveniently" arrived smashed in half..useless. This is by far the worst "good old boys" wrecking yard I have ever done business with, also overheard other salesmen offering $100 for somebody's car and saying the quote was so low because they could only use the engine out of it...well at $78.00 per fender you could part that entire car for thousands!! No need to lie to your customers. Basically the only nice thing I can think of is the building no longer smells like cat piss like it did when Pick-N-Save used to occupy it. Do yourselves a huge favor and if Pick-N-Pull doesn't have your parts just ORDER them online. read more
