The young men I've met in the few months washing my vehicle here have gone above expectations, they are all polite, well spoken, hard workers (unlike so many in the service industry). I have always been asked if I needed anything, wanted the tire shine application, etc. Also, the individual vehicle stations are so clean and organized, with working vacuums. This is carwash for people who have pride in and care about taking care of their vehicle.

I didn't peruse their menu of options b/c I just spoke with the sweet young attendant there and told him I wanted a basic car wash with Armor All on my tires. I'm pretty sure he said that combination was not an option unless you get one of the upgraded packages with all the extras I never want and he sweetly asked "Is this your first time here?" to which I replied, "yes." Anyhoo, he said pay for the basic and I'll have the guys upgrade you to the Armor All add on. SCORE! :D I didn't see or hear about any free towels and sprays, but I didn't need any either and yes the vacuums work great. Another bonus is no, I repeat, no people blaring their radios. It was a peaceful, lovely experience and even had a Theme Park feel (think Disney World, even though I've never been there) as you drive thru with all the colors and brightness around you - yes, the simple things delight me. Anyway, do try WCW, your car will thank you!

Checked my tire pressure and the tire sensors and put air into each tire. I was going to have them rotate my tires but the guy suggested that wasn't needed at that time. They took very good care of me. There was no pressure to do anything extra and they put the air in my tires free of charge. I cannot recommend this place enough. If I lived in this area, I would always let them service my vehicle. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. So thankful to them for helping me and making my trip much better.

I chose the $14.99 wash ($1.50 more for trucks) but was charged $27+. A little frustrating having to work that out when I was clear about the wash I wanted. Once my truck was done (pretty quick, actually), I had to have them go back over it as there were still lots of bugs on the bumper, grill and hood. Two guys spent some time recleaning it but it was still dirty. I went ahead and just left but I had to go back over several areas myself once I got home and I really didn't want to do that. Also, a wet dog smell lingered inside from the cloths they were using. Probably won't be going back to this place.

I took my car to the Hurricane Express carwash on East Brainerd Road on May 22, 2023, for a carwash. After coming out of the wash I noticed that my brand new car's back windshield wiper was broken during the wash. And not only was the entire wiper blade broken off but the casing too. I immediately reported this to the employees. They reviewed the camera footage and stated that the damage did occur during the wash and that they would file an incident report immediately. I truly thought hurricane express would take accountability and reach out to fix the damage caused by their car wash. After a month of not hearing back from them, I visited the east brainerd location again to ask and was told the same thing. After a week, I reached out to them through their website, and on June 23, 2023 I received an email that a damage claim status update was reported to management and that they would call. This email was the last and ONLY communication I received from this company. I have tried emailing them and reaching out through their website several times but still no response. It has been over a month and a half, and my brand-new car is still damaged. At the very least someone could have reached out to me within these past 45 days to resolve this issue, but nothing.
