After having the vehicle inspected, it was determined that inadequate oil was added to the engine, which directly caused catastrophic engine failure. An oil change is basic maintenance, and failing to add the proper amount of oil is unacceptable and negligent. This was not a pre-existing issue--my engine was functioning normally before the service. Now I'm facing extremely costly repairs that could have been entirely avoided if this shop had done its job correctly. I attempted to address this with the business, but accountability and resolution were lacking. Management has been extremely unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility for what clearly stemmed from their service. I would strongly caution anyone considering this location: a simple oil change should not destroy your engine. I deeply regret trusting this shop with my vehicle.

I asked for a full service oil change and they acted like they never heard of such a thing. I think they did change my oil, although I can't be sure. The attendant mumbled and I had to ask him to repeat things to me several times. One would think that if a person is told the customer cannot hear them they would turn toward the customer and speak clearily. The worst thing was I asked them specifically to check my tires. They didn't do it. I looked and the tire I thought was low was still low, when I checked it it was around 15 PSI. Awful. I dont feel like there are any good places anymore. $75 and now I have to go check everything myself after all. Service sucks.

An operations and reception lady is there to interface w/ the customer. When she's not talking with customers she's conducting telephonic follow-ups on work completed. I returned two months later and the head mechanic/manager greeted me and actually remembered me and recalled unique points of prev conversations and service completed. My brakes were reinspected while my oil change was being done. Additional plus: located on Washington Road across from Five Guys Burgers and Fries, and a few minutes from the movie theater, Hooters, Carrabbas, Books-A-Million, and a mix of other biz..
