Required a normal service on my truck. Experience over the last few years in the CSRA taught me dealership wait times can be upwards of a couple weeks to do what Jiffy Lube can do. And in the same day. I was In an out within 20-30 min after just pulling up. Cost was on par for what i needed. Military discount applied. (thank you) Talked through all the service options with customer service rep and received more good explanations on my tires, oil, and service items at Jiffy lube than any Chevy dealership or nearby service station has provided in my 4-5 years in the area. My After having my oil changed for $120.00 at Jiffy Lube on Washington Road, Augusta. My light kept blinking when I drove. I thought the engine was having problems. , I found that they drained my old oil and did not refill it. I could have lost my engine if it locked up. I strongly recommend not using Jiffy Lube ever. read more

I used to work here as a CSA, and when I tell you that our manager JT is nothing but unprofessional, he IS. If you're thinking of applying I suggest you run. He treats everyone like dogs, cusses at you left and right, and is nothing but a bully. He doesn't give a single care in the world for how he treats anybody so long as he gets the money he's looking for, he tried convincing me to pressure sale and when I said no to that he moved me to courtesy (where I clean vehicles instead) . I'm from San Diego so i never had a chance to learn to drive because of how traffic is I never wanted to cause an accident and couldn't afford driving lessons, I explained to him that I wouldn't feel comfortable driving the customers vehicles around the lot and onto washington rd traffic because I didn't want to cause any damages and he continued insisting that I did so. July 3 in particular he went ahead and told me to sit in the vehicle and to press on the break , then went ahead and made a smart remark 'oh wait you don't even know what a fucking break pedal is' and he and my co workers started laughing at me so I said F this and I walked off, when I cooled off and came back just about a minute later he went and said "what the F did you say to me?" And I said "I'm not going to let you insult me the way you did just so you can laugh at me and embarrass me infront of everyone " he went ahead and said "it's true you don't know what a f'ing break pedal is" and I got my feelings hurt but it's common sense where a gas and break pedal is.. after that he told me to clock out and to get the F off of his lot then ended up firing me for that too, today July 5th I showed up dressed for work and he looked at me and told me "I told you not to fucking come back" and I stood there in disbelief because I didn't think I'd get fired for something HE started but I shrugged and left. If you want to get treated with respect I suggest you go else where, he's a sorry excuse for a manager who laughs in the faces of customers BY THE WAY SOMEONE PURCHASED EDGE FULL SYNTHETIC OIL WHICH IS $79.99 AND HE ENDED UP PUTTING HIGH MILEAGE WHICH IS 59.99 AND HE LAUGHED AS HE DID SO WHEN I POINTED IT OUT!!! Not pleased. Took my car in for tire rotation and for them to check a battery issue. Car was there for 5hrs. They called a house number instead of my cell that I requested. I never got another call to inform me it was ready. I eventually go to pick it up anyway. Tires not changed. I ask and was told it couldn't be done. No real explanation given. Battery looks like something I need to cover with Advance Auto since under warranty. So I ask how long would it take for a new tire to be put on. Never got an answer. So after that I ended getting an oil change and nothing I asked for. Smh. Highly disappointed. read more

I would like to leave a glowing review for this facility.. They treat you like royalty from the minute you pull in.. They have big screen TV's and massage chairs., However.... I took my truck in for a oil change today... It took less than 15 minutes. I drove home (about 2 miles) immediately after.. Later, as I was backing out of the driveway, I noticed a fairly large oil spot in the driveway where my truck was parked.. Further investigation revealed that the technician that serviced my truck had only hand tightened my oil drain plug.. Fortunately for me, I noticed this and tightened the plug.. Had I continued to drive the truck instead of coming home, I would have run out of oil and the engine would have seized.. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I will not return.. read more

I submitted this to telljiffylube.com: This was my first experience with Jiffy Lube, and I wish my visit to your 2838 Washington Rd. location in Augusta, Ga., would have taken longer than 30 minutes. (Who thought of the massage chairs? Free vacuum? Exterior window wash? Free fluid top off and tire pressure check before 3000 miles after service? Spotless waiting room with Keurig® coffee service? Brilliant ideas.) I appreciated Brett's NO-PRESSURE sales technique. He presented a good, better, best scenario for an oil change and explained the differences to me in Human Speak. (As a female, I dread having to have the simplest service done on my car, because I resent the high-pressure tactics that are sometimes used.) I did opt for the RainX windshield treatment. I've used RainX before and my car is a convertible, so it makes a difference in how grime-free my windshield is, but I would have been comfortable telling Brett, "No." I also appreciated how he walked me to my car, checked to make sure it had been vacuumed and that the RainX had been applied. I will never again bring my car to the local dealer for any service Jiffy Lube can perform. Thank you for delivering stellar service and for being worthy of my trust. read more

Do not take your car here. Ever. I took my car in for a routine oil change and most of the staff appeared to be aloof as to what was going on. The one guy who was checking something in my glove box was on his cell phone, obviously on a personal call talking about vacation. At the end of the service, the girl who was there handed me my receipt and I asked if the lights were checked to make sure they were working. Something that has always been part of an oil change anywhere else I have gone. She said they were and then started to read off every item that was supposedly checked. I looked at her and asked how could you have checked my lights if they are not on and I didn't step on the brake?? She then asked the guys if they checked the lights, they looked at each other as if no one had a clue and finally checked the lights. Turns out two were out. And to be honest, I don't know if they truly were but I got charged for them. IF you take your car here, you better get out and make sure they are doing what you are paying for. Go to the location on Gordon Highway. MUCH better. read more

Hands down the best Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. Quick oil change with great service!

So I just went in for a simple oil change and this was my first change needed since moving to Augusta. There was no wait. Got a simple oil change and tire rotation. Everything went fine. While paying for the service with Craig, one of the associates walks in with a broken wheel stud and places it on the counter. Instead of acknowledging a mistake, this guy doesn't even bother saying anything. When I asked why I had a broken piece of my wheel sitting on the counter, Craig stated oh don't worry about it, the piece just broke off when we were rotating the tires but you have 4 other studs so you should be fine. EXCUSE ME...I should be fine? He then followed up with saying well if you get it repaired just bring us the receipt and we can reimburse you. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I obviously was not accepting this option so Craig stated he would let the guy at the Pep Boys take a look at it and see if they could fix it. The guy at Pep Boys said he could replace the wheel stud but it would take 2 hours before anyone could look at it. After a little while, the guys from Jiffy Lube decided they could replace the wheel stud in 20 minutes. In fairness, I will say Craig was going to credit my account for the tire rotation and only charge me for the oil change. I don't mind paying for the services rendered but I have a BIG problem with this business allowing customers to just drive off the lot when they've made a mistake and not even bother to mention it. I will say they did eventually try to attempt some service recovery, I got my wheel stud replaced, and Craig was very helpful but letting some one leave with damage to one's vehicle is not acceptable. I think this will be my first and last time at the Jiffy Lube on Washington Rd. read more
