Broke the most important item I was moving. I know accidents happen, but this was the piece I stressed about the most and made me want to hire movers in the first place. I brought this piece up first thing when requesting this service. So I wouldn't recommend them if you're moving special items or pieces like this. The item is a dresser covered in mirrors, I've attached the photo of damage. Apparently the drawers slid out as they moved it to their truck. (Which seems like a beginners mistake to me?) The movers were nice and felt bad about breaking it, but it was unfortunately bad service for what I requested. Also, probably minor in comparison, but one of the movers didn't wash his hands after using my bathroom, which I just thought was gross... bathroom etiquette, folks! Everything else was just okay, not good or exceptional. They took apart and put back the bed and tightened up the legs on the now broken dresser. The mattress was dirty, so don't expect protection for that, but it wasn't a big deal to me. The boxes that I labeled weren't all moved to the correct room. I know moving is hard, so I'd look around elsewhere for someone who treats your items with care! Good luck out there!

Warning, please do not use this service unless you are expecting to be overestimated on the quote, when Joey notes "this is just an estimate," which now feels like he was just trying to get us to sign for a sale. At first, he seems nice and organized, but when we contacted him to discuss our experience he took everything personally, became extremely unprofessional as he continued to talk over myself and then my roomate, flip flopped from agreeing to give a discount due to our experience in one conversation to then changing it to " accepting our feedback" after talking with his movers and boss due to investigating. I appreciated completely that process, but I would have hoped that he would also take our experience into account like he presented he would, but in the end he didn't. Then when we brought up to his attention the flip flop, our experience with other movers doing the job with in 3.5 to 4 hours max (as we were moving from a 1 bedroom apartment at about 700 sq feet about .7 miles away) when they did it in 6 hours ($135 x 6 now) expressed clearly our concerns (at one point our movers were taking an extremely long time to come back up to our apartment between loads when the truck was just downstairs, noting even the movers were hoping for a trolley of some sorts to be in the truck from the company to help them [we even let the movers use our trolley at the pick up location], I saw the movers constantly carrying maybe one small bag of clothes (wasn't heavy) and a light side table (empty) =about 2 items at a time (for about 2 hours out of 6 hours) several times per trip (which stretched the time even longer), our concerns of the health of their works due to not having adequate tools from the company and best strategy for get the job done in a timely fashion, +, after all this and more, he came back and noted "we will not be giving you a discount due to meeting before the estimate (very corporate thing to do) and due to the movers working hard, but they would take the feedback. In the end, it didn't matter what the customers experienced or shared or were guided to believe, it wasn't about a fair investigation noted from Joey, it was about the company. Weird to say that, because I would expect more from a smaller company that was local to us. That was one of the major factors I chose them. I wanted to give business to a local vendor, instead of the major corporate branches, but in the end they treated us worse than we have ever been treated. He was disrespectful, childish, couldn't take feedback at all, used the word "bully" when he was actually the one being that way and condescending by saying things like "you are making it hard for me to want to give you a discount," when I was giving him the feedback and noted of experiences with other movers, speaking my name over and over and over again getting louder and louder to stop me from talking (which he also did to my roomate when I had to pass him the phone due to Joey's responses/actions [added example when I said his name he would say mine louder) and he even said that "he wasn't a slave" when I had to remind him to stop talking over me when the only reason that happened was because how he was talking to us/which was talking over us +. Who says that? I even had to tell him, those phrases should not be used lightly and shouldn't be coming from him. None of it made sense. When we asked for his supervisors contact info, he just said "go ahead, go ahead, this is coming straight from him," then he never gave me the contact," and in the end hung the phone up on my roomate. Worst experience we have ever ever had with movers. Actually ever anywhere. Part 2 in picture

They squeezed me in on little notice. The movers were nice and personable. My move was 2 1 bed apartments in the same building all going to the same place. It was $1200. They broke my 65 inch led flat screen tv. When pulling up my driveway they ripped the phone and cable lines off the house. For 1200 I expect no damage. This was my first time paying someone to move my boxes. Definitely a mistake. Next time I'll just do it myself. Submitted a claim, still haven't heard back

Hired B&Z Moving for a complex job of moving stuff from two storage units to one storage unit and an apartment. The job was completely with utmost professionalism and care. Danny and Isaiah very great at not just their work but also with clear communication and planning the move & storage. They were very cooperative with any ad-hoc requests that I had (like moving some stuff out at another storage unit, which wasn't a part of the initial estimate and plan). They even stayed extra 2 hours for a job that was initially estimated to be 3.5 hours. I am extremely satisfied with the service, especially with these two. Also, B&Z Moving, when compared to virtually every other moving company, charged less amount for the job so that's a plus.

I have a Casper queen mattress and it's original box. I want to vacuum sealed pack the mattress back to its box. Just let me know if this service is available?

We don't have a vacuum sealer. If you had one that would work for your mattress, then we could help you use it to re-package your mattress for you.

    Do you move to California?

No, we only move within Washington state.

Do you move pianos upright size?

We don't typically move pianos. We recommend hiring a company that specializes in moving pianos. Pianos are fine tuned instruments that are better off being moved with the specialized equipment that piano movers carry with them.

They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. All of our furniture and items arrived with no issues and no complaints. I definitely recommend Justin Bell and Gus! If you guys are ever are needing Movers, really, get these guys! They are so much fun and made this move for us a GREAT experience! They are such hard workers and you can definitely see it in their work ethic and attitude! Thank you guys for an amazing job and the laughs! I appreciate you guys so much! Unfortunately,I was not able to grab a photo as they worked and moved so quickly!

Horrible moving experience -- significantly exceeded estimate, poor planning, and no resolution…read more I had a very disappointing experience with All Service Moving. I was originally given an estimate of approximately 3-4.5 hours and $690-$800 for my small single bedroom apartment. Instead, my move took approximately 6.5 hours and cost me over $1,000. A major issue was the truck that was sent for my move. I was moving out of an approximately 600-square-foot apartment, and the truck was significantly larger than necessary -- it ended up being only about 40% full. Because of the truck's size, it couldn't access the loading area where it needed to park, which meant the movers had to make much longer trips between the truck and my apartment. This added a considerable amount of time to the move. Photos and information about both locations were available beforehand, and had been viewed so I don't understand why an appropriately sized truck wasn't selected. The other major issue was the pace of the move. I repeatedly observed the movers not actively working. Nearly every time I went outside, they were standing around talking, laughing, or on their phones. When I went back into my apartment while they were working inside, I observed similar periods where they were not actively moving items. I completely understand that reasonable breaks are necessary, but this was far beyond what I expected when I was being charged by the hour. The movers were polite during the actual move, and I initially had no concerns about their interpersonal conduct. Unfortunately, that changed afterward. One of the movers began repeatedly contacting me on my personal phone asking about a tip and a five-star review. I repeatedly explained that I intended to tip but was waiting for a bank transfer to clear and that it would take a few days. Despite that explanation, I received multiple texts a day asking about it. I ultimately felt harassed and uncomfortable enough that I blocked the number. I contacted the company afterward and gave them a detailed explanation of my concerns, including the oversized truck, the additional time and cost, the repeated periods where the movers weren't actively working, and the inappropriate pressure regarding the tip. Unfortunately, they did nothing to resolve the situation. The Operations Manager's response was simply: "It is Unfortunate that I must inform you That we cannot issue you any kind of reimburse you any kind of refund." There was no meaningful response to the specific concerns I raised and no attempt to address why a move estimated at 3-4.5 hours and $690-$800 turned into a 6.5-hour, $1,000+ move. I was promised a certain level of service and a guaranteed timeframe/cost, and that expectation was not met. I gave the company an opportunity to make the situation right, and they declined to do anything. I would strongly recommend getting very specific information about truck size, access, estimated hours, and what happens if the move significantly exceeds the estimate before booking with this company. My experience left me feeling like I paid substantially more because of poor planning and an inefficient move, and then received no meaningful response when I brought those concerns to the company.

This time the crew was 45 minutes late because they went to the wrong address during the first part of the move despite me being very clear, repeatedly, where to go. That was very inconvenient and my mom had to wait around in her car outside a storage unit while I kept having to message to ask what was going on and barely got a response. I received the final invoice and paid it immediately with a nice tip anyway. A couple days later I started getting a bunch of emails from the company saying that I hadn't paid. I sent them a screenshot of the $0 invoice balance and the transaction on my credit card. It had the name of the owner and a transaction ID and their ZIP Code. They continued to message me every few days saying we didn't get your payment, you must've sent it to the wrong place, they even sent me another invoice like they expected me to pay again. I kept telling them to check in on their side and that I didn't know what else to do. I provided ample screenshots showing that I paid and they kept blaming me and trying to bill me again. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company which was painful because I'm disabled and making phone calls hurts me. I didn't know what else to do because this is not a small bill and the company wouldn't stop bothering me. Finally they made a call themselves and immediately sorted it out which they could've done in the first place and then they apologized to me and said yes you did pay right away it was an error on our end. This was a complete waste of time and completely unprofessional. It's not appropriate to harass a customer who paid, who has clear evidence of paying, instead of just doing your due diligence and trying to resolve the issue without making me feel doubted and blamed for days. I can't recommend this company and I'm very angry about the way I was treated. Harassed for something that wasn't my fault at all and that they could've resolved with one quick phone call on their end instead of bothering me when I had just moved and they know I'm disabled. Avoid this company.
