I wanted to see what the hype was all about. I went in the late afternoon on Sunday and waited in line for about 20 min, then another 5-10 min for the order. Apparently they make the bagels in house and the orange juice is freshly squeezed. This is more of a take out place because of lack of seating inside. The prices are low. The bagel itself is quite tough. Not sure if it's the dough or if it was overbaked. They give you alot of filling though. I will give them another try. I popped in here on St. Paddy's Day to grab some bagels for my fellow first responder friends. I was pleasantly surprised to meet one of the owners working behind the counter. Just happens in JC, there's a long line of wait in Sunday 8:00am. It must be something delicious. Wait for 30min in line and 15min to make. In my mind questioning whether it wasted my time. FINALLY an amazing bagel spot in downtown JC! Came here Sunday at 1pm and there was a decent line but it moved fairly quickly. One year later, my fiancée and I found a place in Jersey City so B Bagels has become our go-to bagel spot. Since my review, the line system is much better. People can get in and out without much issue. As this was a Saturday, I expected a little bit of a wait for an egg and cheddar. However, they did get the order right. I'm only a slight bit torn as the jalapeño bagel is good, but I really wish this was fused with the everything bagel into a super bagel. But a great bagel nonetheless. The iced coffee was also awesome too. Thank god the logistics were fixed. I had the Cuban with everything bagel and it was absolutely delicious. The Everything Bagel had a great contrast to the sweetness of the ham. My Wife had Bagel and cream cheese and the cheese was so creamy and sweet unlike my unusual typical New York slapped on cream cheese. The line was really long but the staff kept it moving so it wasn't a super long wait but you will be waiting for a good minute. Have been wanting to try B BAGELS since it came to downtown jersey city. This spot was awesome, we got two everything bagels one with bacon egg and cheese SPK and one with Taylor ham egg and cheese SPK. Both bagels were delicious. The service was great we ordered right away and the food came out relatively fast. I also ordered a fresh orange juice and a coffee.
