Someone at home picked up a coco-loco smoothie for me on Friday and I went back today after first going on Thursday. The employee who originally took my order didn't even look up, just shrugged and sighed as if my question was an inconvenience. Accurate advertising matters. If you advertise certain ingredients and toppings, customers should either receive them or at least be informed beforehand that they are unavailable. The dismissive attitude made the experience even worse. I definitely will not be coming back. It was a pretty straightforward order and I paid using a credit card. Upon entering the shop, it smelled heavenly. The employees behind the counter were helping a customer that was ahead of me, and I was assisted shortly after. She asked for the name on the order and stated she was going to alert Sean to come explain how the tasting works. Sean came out and immediately left a lasting impression. He was very kind and answered my questions. He explained the process for the tasting and left me feeling confident about next steps. We tasted every cupcake and filling yesterday and they were all divine. I can't wait to visit again to try other baked goods from The Frosted Fox!

When she went to cut the cake I thought it was frozen she was having such a time getting a knife through it. Turns out it was not but very dense and heavy, not like it usually is light and fluffy. It was giving the texture of cornbread. The icing was good but cake not so much, $63 down the drain. I'm not sure if the recipe changed or what happened but something definitely was off. I usually enjoy these cakes but this one not so much!
