What I needed was to add color, rugs, pillows, curtains, artwork and decor. I told her I had a liberal budget and agreed to her hourly charges. After our initial consultation she cashed my check for that appointment. I anxiously waited two weeks and did not hear from Shannon. I did not want to seem as though I was rushing her or pressuring her, but within the following week I sent an email. She replied and said she sent me a sample board, which I never received. I double checked my spam box, nothing. She resent it. It consisted of six pictures of wall art, none that appealed to me. I sent another email to Shannon. Was I missing something? I only saw six pieces of art work. I asked for her to please reach out to me. I suggested that I find some art pieces online that I liked. I reread my email to make sure that I didn't seem rude or too anxious. I didn't want to offend her and I was really wanting to start our work together. I got no reply. Nothing.
