If you ever need HELP with any number of household tasks - whether it be as minor as the "Spring Cleaning" you never got around to, or as major as a Move to another city/county/state - Judy's Hands has you covered! When I received a Full-Price Offer on my home in Laguna Niguel, CA the only stipulation from the Buyers was a 30-day Escrow. I countered their offer with a 90-day Escrow because I didn't see ANY way in the world that I could handle such a FAST move! As it turned out, the Buyers also had to vacate their current home in 30 days... so my 90-day suggestion was a Deal Breaker! The Realtor was shocked when I called him to say NO, and we spent three hours on the phone while he tried to convince me that I would be passing up "Dream Buyers" and the "Deal of a Lifetime." After a sleepless night thinking about ALL that needed to be done to wrap up 15 years of my life, and feeling completely overwhelmed, I had a conversation with Judy of Judy's Hands...and she gave me the confidence to call back the Realtor and accept the amazing offer: Judy assured me that she could and would do Everything... and She DID‼ Judy and her Team sorted through my stuffed four-bedroom home, including my 2-Car garage filled to-the-brim, Packing up unneeded items for the poor, Throwing out multitudes of useless stuff, Installing my good clothing into portable wardrobe cases, Assembling and Packing 60 huge boxes, Scheduling pick-up with various local Charities, Finding Movers who would keep my furniture on their trucks until I found a place to move into, Cleaning up the remaining mess... and then Setting up my new place, Unpacking, Hanging up clothing, Placing silverware/dishes/towels/linens etc. where they needed to be, Hanging my paintings... so that all I needed to do was show up with my toothbrush and walk into a tidy and organized new home complete with fresh flowers on the table to greet me! What a Total Relief - Judy's Hands did ALL OF IT for me! We spent an hour together discussing a plan to decorate my family room, dining room and den. The space is less than 1000 sf and I have already furnished it with main pieces this past year. What I needed was to add color, rugs, pillows, curtains, artwork and decor. I told her I had a liberal budget and agreed to her hourly charges. After our initial consultation she cashed my check for that appointment. I anxiously waited two weeks and did not hear from Shannon. I did not want to seem as though I was rushing her or pressuring her, but within the following week I sent an email. She replied and said she sent me a sample board, which I never received. I double checked my spam box, nothing. She resent it. It consisted of six pictures of wall art, none that appealed to me. I sent another email to Shannon. Was I missing something? I only saw six pieces of art work. I asked for her to please reach out to me. I suggested that I find some art pieces online that I liked. I reread my email to make sure that I didn't seem rude or too anxious. I didn't want to offend her and I was really wanting to start our work together. I got no reply. Nothing. No email, no phone call. I was basically ignored. I honestly don't know what happened. If she didn't want to take my job for any reason, she could have just let me know. I am sad that I never got the chance to work with her.

It was a weird mix of traditional and modern. Her ideas (so many I can't list them here) were perfect and I immediately set about following her directions. She knew I didn't want to spend a lot of money since our condo is a second home, so many of her ideas (paint one wall, cover one chair seat, get rid of a too large coffee table, remove dated silk plants, update a mirror frame, etc.) were perfect! When I complained about how the media center was grayish and didn't go with the dining table and hutch, she offered to paint it to match better for a reasonable price. She just delivered it yesterday and it looks so good! She is honest, if you ask her to be as I did, and has great ideas for creating uniformity within a room. She's fast with sharing those ideas, too. When I asked what color she'd recommend for painting the wall, she opened up the Dunn-Edwards array of colors and quickly selected one, which I chose. I paid for Leslie's time as a holiday gift to my daughter who recently moved into her first nice apartment, she plans on staying there at least a couple years. She has a lot of stuff, which is why we needed some clear creative thinking for solutions... and that's exactly what we got :-) I was referred to OCD by a friend who always raves about hiring their team to help her unpack and get organized every time she moves We ordered all the recommended organizational elements on Amazon, which they offered to come back and help set up but I think we have it from here, thanks to their guidance. I had 2 and 1/2 weeks to clear mom's apartment after 30 years of living. Dina had every resource I didn't even know I needed to deal with my situation. I took every (strong) suggestion and was always led in the right direction. I could not have accomplished moving forward without Dina and her services. Kathy performed a miraculous feat clearing out the junk, and clearing the apt wreck. She even removed a dead squirrel from the terrace! OCD services were exceptional. She neatly filed and organized thousands of buttons, ribbon, trim, fabric, sketches and paperwork. It was amazing! Every time I moved which was quite frequent she helped me get set up. Now that I have children, purging and reorganizing as they grow as become a constant. She is my go to! Not only is she a great organizer but her aesthetics are impecable! She will not only have you clean and organized, she makes everything look great! This month is just helped overhaul our house once more. I feel like I'm in a whole new redecorated house and didn't have to spend a cent on new furnishings. It is so nice to open a closet and have it no only look good inside but have everything organized and no unneeded crap falling out. Highly recommend her! Sarah responded immediately and was so kind and reassuring, I knew I had the right person. Fortunately we were able to immediately schedule an appointment . She and Melissa arrived punctually at 11:00 and the process began. They were both so kind, compassionate and sensitive and when it became overwhelming we took needed breaks while they kept working. They let you help as little or as much as you'd like. Hard to believe but by 5:00 pm the garage was completely organized and usable ! I love these ladies and hope to be able to use them again !!
