Meaning that it sits on the roof for weeks at a time. One neighbor had hers for almost two months on the roof that another company left on there. RWC also provided our new skylight. It was packaged with care so that the glass would not break. RWC showed up on time, were friendly, respectful of our property and professional. I bought a house in October of 2023 which had newly installed windows 2020 by AZWDS. I noticed…read morecracking around the window, I called AZWDS and they came out and said it was because of the insulation method they used at the time. They backed up the installation warranty and tore out the stucco and replaced it. Now the stucco is separating from the window and cracking where it meets the original stucco, also looks nothing like the original stucco. I have made several calls and they said they would take care of it. Still waiting for them to call me back. I have had 6 other windows replaced by a competitor and the stucco has not cracked or pulled away from the window. you can't even tell the windows have been replaced.
