Unfortunately,I received no product , and we have effectively been left without resolution and out a significant amount of money. Their Chandler location has since closed, and while their Phoenix location has a sign stating "by appointment only," they have completely stopped responding to our calls and text messages. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with them, but have received no communication in return. At this point, we have begun the process of filing a claim with our credit card company and are moving forward with legal action. This is the first time we've ever experienced anything like this, and it's honestly pretty disappointing. We were hoping to work with a reputable company, but instead have been forced into a situation where litigation is our only option. I bought a house in October of 2023 which had newly installed windows 2020 by AZWDS. I noticed…read morecracking around the window, I called AZWDS and they came out and said it was because of the insulation method they used at the time. They backed up the installation warranty and tore out the stucco and replaced it. Now the stucco is separating from the window and cracking where it meets the original stucco, also looks nothing like the original stucco. I have made several calls and they said they would take care of it. Still waiting for them to call me back. I have had 6 other windows replaced by a competitor and the stucco has not cracked or pulled away from the window. you can't even tell the windows have been replaced.
