Ok this is easily the worst manicure I've ever had. I got a basic manicure, and I don't know how, but my nails came out looking worse than when i went in. I asked for a shiny buff but the buffing block she used was so abrasive it left scratches in my nails. Then she cut my cuticle, it was definitely bleeding. To top it off they charged $30, which is $5 more than a basic manicure is worth. DO NOT COME HERE !!! read more

This facility was not Military friendly. Today at 6:05 pm i asked if they could cut my nails to 1/4 inch. The male employee politely asked me to take a seat and some will help soon. After a female tech approved me, I restated what I needed. She then stated that she did not know what I was talking about and just pick a size. My expectation is that a nail tech should be accommodating to a simple request. My husband & I came here today for the first time to get pedicures & the older lady that was doing mine was wearing a mini skirt & showing her chest and looking at my husband to catch get his attention ... then she would look at me ... felt like she was trying to get a side job or whatever..her mannerisms was unprofessional and inappropriate conduct in a professional setting. I came to this place to get my nails done on June 16 and my nails starting coming off June 22 I returned and they fixed. Nails stayed for two weeks and started falling again. I came back and paid full and get nails again before I left for my vacation. I asked the lady I'm going on vacation please make sure my nails stay. After 4 days nails starting coming off. I returned after 8 days and went to get them off. Spoke to the manager for a future credit since nails did not stay. He refunded and disconnected the call. Very rude and greedy. She didn't clean up my cuticles. She didn't use the right size nails before putting the acrylic nail powder on (nails are noticeably smaller than my nail bed). The acrylic is lumpy even after I tried to ask her to fix it. She didn't file the sides of the nails and there are sharp edges. The ombré is a very distinct line instead of blended. She got topcoat all over my fingers. It looks very sloppy. I showed her a picture beforehand and she told me it would be 60$ but when I went to pay she charged me extra and didn't tell me why. I was going here frequently for over a year. The quality went down and my nails were not always looking good or wouldn't last as long. The last straw was when I had built up enough points on my account to $$ off my next visit and their system went down. One word ... OUCH! The male technician who was assigned to do my nails was unpleasant. Long story short: I was gouged with the cuticle remover tool, had lumpy gel on my nails and skin, and had an anxiety attack during my short time there. I have experience with proper nail techs, so I knew what he was doing and telling me was wrong. I went to the salon to have a nice girl's day out, but it turned into something much more. First off the nail tech told me that you can't get 3D nail art on top of gel, but that is what I had on them already from another salon. I am weary on his certification, because his knowledge and technique were a miss. My fingers were very sore after the damage he did. My cuticles and skin took a while to grow back and was very painful for a while. I was disappointed and embarrassed of the work he did that I had them remove everything and left. Don't waste your money or time here! SO DISAPPOINTED! My husband got my mom and I gift cards here for Mother's Day. It seemed promising at first. I called the day before to make an appointment for 6 PM, an hour before they close. They were very accommodating and had no problem with this. When we arrived the next day, my mom was rushed into a seat without picking out her gel polish. Both of our nail technicians were extremely nice. My mom got a gel manicure, nothing to complain about. She was happy with hers. I rarely go to nail salons because I'm capable of doing my nails myself, so I'd rather save the money. The only thing I can't do is French, so when I do go to the salon, I get a regular polish French manicure and pedicure. My toes look like they were done by a 7-year old. Very sloppy white, without even being cleaned up. My manicure chipped 12 HOURS LATER!! And by the next day, they were PEELING!! On the third day, my nails were so raggedy, I had to take it all off. Never in my life have I had a manicure last less than 12 hours. And $90 later. With nail salons on practically every corner, this place really needs to step it up. read more

They are extremely sweet and take the time to make sure your nails are perfect and "Instagram worthy" before walking out the door. Today I took my best friend here for her birthday and she's now switching over here too! The last 2 times I was here, Vo did my nails and he literally makes them perfect. I waited another 30 minutes while my friend waited 45 minutes before a tech started. My experience was awful. The tech was friendly however I can't believe she has a job. She didn't use cuticle remover as she cleaned up my toes. She did trim and file, but nothing more. When it came to using the stone for the bottom, I'm not kidding I counted to 7 (seconds) on my right foot and 9 seconds on the left! Yes, my feet are very cared for and lack callous, etc. but rushing on my service and collectively using 16 seconds for scrubbing is not acceptable. The massage was a joke, by this time I was over it. The paint I choose was beautiful, her application was that of a toddler. The paint was chunky and wasn't smooth. Again, tech was friendly but has no business doing pedicures. read more

I'm still sitting in front of the parking lot in front of the salon and feel like I just threw my money out the window. First, I was told a 10-15 min wait and it was was almost 40 minutes later. He did my nails in 12 minutes for a gel manicure. No cuticle cutting, no nail shaping ( I have sharp uneven edges now) the polish is uneven, slightly and he was not too friendly or else I would have asked nicely to fix it. I was going to pay extra for OPI polish and they didn't have the color but he was gonna substitute it for an off brand and still charge me extra so I made a point to pick a different color. The next day noticed that my nails were crooked, uneven, had bubbles in them, and I could see my real nail from the side. The nails were too small and were bruising the nail underneath. Went in for a basic manicure. Asked the non English speaking lady to please be gentle on the previous gel removal. She put acetone on gauze, wrapped in aluminum foil. Then, she went away. Then as she was coming back 15 minutes later to what I thought was to wrap up removing the old polish, she grabbed some rubber gloves from her cabinet and took a fresh customer who just walked in for a pedicure. After another 20 minutes, and my skin burning from the acetone, I just got up, pulled off the foil, threw $5 on the table and left! 35 minutes not only wasted, but hurt!
