Pela cor e pelo tamanho da bebida, senti que a quantidade de leite não estava proporcional. Além de não ter gostado do sabor, aquela quantidade de cafeína poderia até me causar uma crise de ansiedade, algo que acontece comigo quando consumo cafeína em excesso. Fui até o balcão de forma educada apenas para pedir um pouco mais de leite. Não pedi para trocarem a bebida, não reclamei da forma como ela foi feita e nem voltei depois de consumir metade do café -- literalmente tomei um gole e apenas solicitei um ajuste simples. Infelizmente, isso foi suficiente para que eu fosse tratada com deboche por uma funcionária, que respondeu: "Da próxima vez você pode pedir em qualquer outro drive thru, porque o nosso café é forte." I've driven past this café for years and finally decided to try it out. While the server was polite, they got part of our order wrong. I ordered a cappuccino, and my friend got hot chocolate and a croissant. When my friend was told whipped cream cost extra, she declined it. However, the whipped cream was still included and we were charged for it--maybe the server misheard. The presentation was impressive, but the portion sizes felt small for the price. We originally planned to dine in but switched to takeout, and when we transferred our drinks into to-go cups they were barely half full. As for the taste, everything was quite ordinary. I am officially writing a review after ordering from Bsisters for over a year. Bsisters breakfast sandwiches taste bland, but great with my hot sauce at home. Everytime I order avocado on their online website I get charges from $1 to $4. I order here atleast 1x a week for the last year. I order through them, uber, or go pick it up. Atleast half of the time they give me the wrong order. I do not have the time to constantly be returning to the cafe because they give me the wrong order. We ordered and picked up food within 15 minutes. We normally check the bags now but this time since we went inside to pick up instead of drive through we didn't think we needed to. The bagel was soggy and it was the wrong order despite the labeled white baggie they pack the food in being correct. You pay for avocado and they give you 2 slices but other days they give you half of an avocado. They lack consistency. The owner is a sweet lady but her staff consistently mess up orders and their charging system is off. They recently just changed their website and we were hopping this was going to fix their issue. It did not. I'm so disappointed In this cafe because it's so close to our home yet they get our orders wrong every other time. read more

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. Got the B. Sisters breakfast sandwich and a large Americano. The sandwich went down so fast. Delicious egg with greens, bacon, cheddar and spread on a nice soft roll. The Americano had a great punch to it. Strong. Hit the spot. The place was comfortable and friendly. The person at the register knew the menu and answered any questions. They brought my order to where I was seated. With tip, it was $18 and change. Very reasonable for the Metrowest. Great little Brazilian cafe at the corner of Main St and Rte 9 in Framingham. The people are very friendly and took pride in their place and the food / drinks. I ordered the egg sandwich with Brazilian sausage, which was perfectly cooked and on a brioche bun with greens. My GF got the avocado toast with a fried egg, which she really enjoyed. Worst açaí I have ever had. It was awful. The blueberries were frozen, but they also tasted old and leathery. The ACAI base was hard as a brick. But melted into liquid. Never became soft. The b strawberries were fresh, but out of season so they were artificially ripened and tasted like styrofoam. I also got a cup of coffee. Which was cold. Maybe lukewarm. Very uncomfortable setting. Ended up leaving before ordering. When we walked in on a Saturday afternoon, we were stared at like we were interrupting a staff meeting. We were not greeted or offered any assistance. I've worked in customer service for 10+ years and understand things happen that can affect the mood of the staff. But this was odd. It is a great feeling, a friendly family cafe/luncheon place. I like to see the people working behind the counter being happy and working well together. Stopped by/picked up our mobile ordered food from here on our way out of boston. We were starving and hadn't eaten in 8 hours...this was the closest/best looking option. We got the cáptese panini, ham and cheese panini, and hot chocolate. The paninis were pretty flimsy would give them a 7/10 but could just be bc we were soooo hungry. The hot chocolate was pretty good. We ordered 15 min before arrival and it was ready when we got there(right off highway). The workers were really nice, we wanted some chips and only had Apple Pay which they don't accept so they ended up just giving them to us which was really kind. How can a coffee shop do coffee so badly?! Maybe it turns magic with the introduction of add-ins, but this is undrinkable as black coffee. The customer service was good. They were open to helping to modify drinks and orders for customers. While the presentation looks promising, but the taste and ingredients needed much improvement. The frozen Nutella drink did not taste anything with Nutella in it. The coconut matcha latte was not mixed and tasted little matcha and was overwhelmed with milk flavor. As for the crepe and whip cream, the crepe was just ok. Whip cream tasted old. Only the sliced up banana tasted decent. I would not return and would not recommend. read more

Apparantly 17 minutes when you are the only one in line...25 minutes if you count the 8 minutes I waited at the drive through window in back of one car before I decided to go inside. The English factor is a 6 on a scale of 1-10 which isn't bad these days. I counted 4 employees and 3 customers....after 12 minutes I said just give me the bagel as is. Unfortunately, today was my last visit here. I normally seek out small independent coffee houses over chains. I've come here before with my brother, who still stops by the place when he's in town. I inquired about the different types of coffee, then settled on a mocha, and ordered a side of 3 cheese rolls. The barista was very polite and knowledgeable, and answered my questions. I payed for my order, left a tip, and sat down to wait for my order. This is where things went south. FYI The cafe was not busy at the time I visited. The barista brought over my order, apologized that he had made me a macchiato by mistake, and asked me if I wanted it, or if I wanted to wait a few more minutes while he remade my order. I could tell he REALLY wanted me to take the macchiato, to avoid him having to make another coffee drink. I told him I would wait while he remade my drink. I could tell from his attitude that he was not happy, as if I were in the wrong. He did remake my drink accurately, and it came out great! I thanked him for remaking it and told him it was good, he still seemed unhappy that I'd asked him to make me the drink I actually ordered. I can stay home and make coffee for pennies on the dollar, but when I'm in a hurry, I sometimes grab a drink from a coffee shop. I accept there will be some markup to cover overhead. I also expect some of that markup to include service. Sans attitude. I accept paying to get what I ordered. I'll also accept getting the wrong item, with a refund of the item's cost to make up for the inconvenience. I don't accept paying to get something I didn't order. And most importantly, I DON'T NEED TO BURN GAS AND PAY MONEY TO GET ATTITUDE, I CAN GET IT AT HOME FOR FREE! read more

Very pricey for mediocre food, but the atmosphere was great and I actually think the Nutella latte is my favorite coffee drink I've ever had.
