Bill was super easy to work with and schedule with, and although he was very honest up front about being bearish on being able to remedy the car with door dings (due to make/model issues with safety bracing, metal composition, etc.), he exceeded even his own expectations and was able to perfectly remedy ALL the dents in even that tougher car! One of the other quotes we got wouldn't even quote that car due to the aforementioned difficulties with fixing that make and model, typically. This was my third time using Eveland Brothers, and I chose them again because they advertise as a…read moreMercedes-Benz Certified repair facility. I even paid out of pocket to use them outside my insurance company's network, expecting my car would be restored correctly and safely. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and my experience fell well short of the standards that certification implies. After a front-end collision repair, my vehicle was returned with a steering defect that was present and noticeable at delivery. Mercedes-Benz repair guidance expressly recommends replacement of the steering column following this type of collision due to known safety risks and delayed-onset failures--precisely the issue my vehicle now has. Despite being provided Mercedes-Benz documentation and dealer confirmation that the damage was consistent with impact, Eveland Brothers did not follow manufacturer guidance, did not clearly document or advocate to the insurer (Safeco) that the damage was accident-related, and ultimately refused to take further action to restore my vehicle. As a repeat customer who paid out of network specifically for certified repairs, this was deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend Eveland Brothers to anyone who expects manufacturer-mandated repairs, safety compliance, or proper advocacy after a collision, especially for Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

My experience was professional, courteous and comfortable! I've been having a really hard time finding a decent mechanic being that I lack knowledge for vehicles . Paul drove the vehicle around, and even had someone else check behind him for a second opinion. My check engine light has been on for months, even after I took it to Jiffy Lube, in which wanted to do a transmission flush that would have totaled to $80.00. Paul called me and told me that I only needed an oil change that wouldn't even cost half the price of the service Jiffy Lube claimed that I needed. Paul was right because for the first time in awhile, my check engine light is not on! As a matter of fact, I'm just going to be honest, Paul said the oil change was on the house, and that he understands that I am a college student trying to graduate. I was prepared to make another appointment when I could pay him, but he insisted that he took care of the issue so that I could continue my daily commute to campus. It's simple things like this that mean so much to me. I graduate this May, but this journey has not been easy. It seems that everything in my life was trying to stop that from happening, including car problems that have prevented me from attending class several times. The first was a leak in a hose and they replaced it and it still leaded. I just got back from picking up my one of my trucks and they didn't listen to me and Larry lied about what was said. I drive 50 thousand miles a year and want good brakes. I told Larry that I wanted Manufacture parts on my brakes and when I picked it up the brakes squeaked and I called and Larry said that I said I didn't want manufacture parts because it would be more expensive. told him that I would never say that because the brakes squeak. I have a fleet of vehicles and will never go back to them. I have had to take my trtuck abck and lost two extra days because of them!
