Pistol Range

We B-Tactical! Not regulars but we love the open air. People are nice. Restrooms are clean. Rules are strict but easy to follow. Don't be in a rush. Come early morning or late before closing. Middle of day can be very busy. They do carry ammo and targets. In pic, we are using pistol range but they have rifle ranges, private bays, and larger group tactical bays.

Great gun store and range. Very friendly staff here that work hard. No gun store commandos here. Everyone is honest and respectful. Prices are very reasonable compared to what you would find around town or the big box retailers.

Place was great and staff was easy going. Rented the private bay for an hour and it was great.

I hesitate to leave a review of this place because it is a hidden gem…read more This is a great private shooting experience that allows you to get away from the inexperienced at a popular indoor range. We used the rifle range that extends from 100 yards out to 700 yards. If you have the equipment (appropriate scope and rifle) along with the ability to demonstrate 1 MOA accuracy beginning at 100 yards, you are able to progress further out at 100 yard increments. I really enjoyed speaking with Walter and found him to be very helpful. I will most definitely return. Memberships are inexpensively priced and expire/need to be renewed each September, just as hunting licenses do.

I love the privacy of this range! When we reserve range-time, we are usually the only shootets on…read morethe property. Plus, the land is beautiful! The rifle range has berms in a straight line every 100 yards, from 100 to 600 - plus a way to shoot diagonally st 700 yards. The concrete benches are adjustable and sturdy, although the bench on the right needs to be re-anchored to the ground. Range-owner Walter is very friendly and easy to work with. He provides one blank target-board per visit, and you can attach any number of targets to it. If you want to shoot at different ranges without moving targets, you can buy additional cardboard target-backing. Very casual and easy to shoot here, and as I said earlier - the land is beautiful! My son & I love it!

I really wanted to like this place. It's clean, organized, has a ton of options, and everyone…read moreseems friendly. The problem I have is my friend and I were shooting. Both of us in our 50's. One of the range hands looked to be 20 at best. Young enough to be our kid. Anyway, he kept asking about my gun case because I had a .40 sitting in it and not at the shooting area. I had explained to him I wanted to shoot it, but they didn't have .40 ammo. He didn't like that my case was open with the gun inside. He asked my friend to close my case which my friend did. I finished going through my two mags, went back to our area and noticed my case closed. My buddy said, "The kid was nervous it was opened and asked me to close it". No big deal, all good. Except, we were asked to leave by another range employee because he didn't like us referring to the other guy was "the kid". There was no harm intended. We weren't being derogatory, it was simply a description, the young man could have been our kid so my friend referred to him as ". The kid ". We were kicked out because of that. It won't hurt them, it won't hurt my friend, and it won't hurt me....but he nor I will return. I get safety issues. I get hate speech, but this was ridiculous

He and the staff were extremely accommodating wanting to insure she was comfortable and was able to progress. She had a blast and can't wait to go again. My bro, dad and I flew into town from Toronto, Canada last weekend to watch the Dallas Cowboys play…read moreon sunday (my dad is a diehard fan). We flew in on friday and after some bbq headed over to this gun range. My bro had signed us up for the jungle ranger experience. We also tacked on the double ammo add-on (CUZ MORE BULLETS). Instead of Chris, Raine was our instructor for the day. Very nice guy. 10+ yrs as part of the US Marine Corps. We received an intro to range safety inside a classroom before heading over to the range. This was very much needed as both my dad and I have never held a gun before (my bro had already shot guns 3 times prior to this experience). There was a group of friends who took the class with us also happened to be tourists (from Brazil) which was cool. We all had a good laugh about how noob we were. Raine was an excellent teacher! The thing I had to get used to was the sound of the guns firing. Even w/ the ear muffs on it was quite loud so my ears took like 5 mins to adjust to it. Raine told me it was actually much louder for everyone around the shooter. I thought "no way" until I actually stepped up to shoot and then magically the bullet sounds got fainter LOL. Also, I did notice that for some of the guns I tended to aim lower than I was supposed to. Something I'll look to improve! Overall, super fun activity and would do it again the next time I'm in town. Raine also happened to be a Cowboy's fan!

I purchased a firearm and signed up for a beginner class to familiarize myself with my new weapon…read moreand get a refresher on gun safety. That went great! Following that I signed up for 1 on 1 training with John. I got sick a couple days before & tried to reschedule. The app on the website didnt have that functionality so I called. They couldnt figure it out either but required me to pay 50% anyway. Their app doesnt work so I was forced to pay $50 for a lesson where I would likely get the instructor sick. Rather than reschedule, I will just cancel and find another range. disappointed!
