This was a complex project where we had to remove a lot of existing mixed flooring, deal with leveling costs creatively and work around our family while we lived in the space. The crew was exceptional. When there was problems that required creative solutions they figured out how to stay on budget and made custom flooring adapters to cover specific spacing issues. All of the flooring and baseboard install was done incredibly well. I still see little details where I'm impressed at the level of craftmanship they applied to getting tight corners, hitting rounds and hard angles. The floor has been in for some time now and we had absolutely no follow on issues.

We consulted at least 5 other contractors and we decided to go with SoCal because they covered all aspects of the project at an excellent price. The process from start to finish was excellent. We met with Kenny to have the project planned on a computer. He visited our condo to make sure the measurements were correct. We could visualize our new kitchen and make all the necessary changes on the spot. The cabinet material, counter top and backsplash tile were of high quality. Once the project started, their crew did them in stages efficiently. All the craftsmen were employed by SoCal and not sub-contracted out. Demolition happened on day one, the cabinets were assembled on another, and the installation happened on the third day. The crew then installed the counter top, appliances and did all the finishing touch. A shoutout to Luis who did his work meticulously and to the highest quality. There was a clean-up crew on the last day of the project. SoCal Cabinets & Floors has our highest recommendation. We will refer them to all others in our building and to anyone we know. They treat us like family and care about their work. The work is done at a highest level of craftmanship and on time. They are professional and excellent at follow-up.

We spent about 30K on the flooring after they up-charged us on concrete to level the floors because if we didn't then the warranty would not be in place. Within a year the flooring by my pantry started to come apart. We ignored it but after a while we found more flooring has come apart going into the living room and hallway. I finally called My Flooring Guy for help. They told me the warranty on their work only lasted a year. The 30 year warranty was by the manufacturer. However they would have someone call me to see if it was covered. No one called. I called again. This time they gave me an email address to send pictures of the problem. I did so but again no answer. These floors were supposed to last but apparently they don't and this company doesn't stand by their work. Do not go with this company or you will regret it. I will be having someone come out to try to fix my floors and will look into legal action if possible. So much money wasted. Thanks for nothing My Flooring Guy.

After 6 long years of using our master bathroom shower, we realized the poor workmanship of the house flipper that sold us our house. Tiles not lined up, water leaking out the shower door, water leaking through the grout, grout cracking, water pooling in a corner of the shower because it wasn't properly sloped. It got to the point where what once was a pretty shower became a nasty place to shower in. Kenny was fast to respond, professional, and took his job seriously.
