I was told they were out on lunch break and my prescription might not be filled till 4 AM. I remained in the parking lot until 6am and nothing. I then went home and didn't get a text till after 9 AM that my prescription was ready. By that time, I was already in excruciating pain and bleeding excessively. Whoever was working, the pharmacy was unprofessional and dismissive. I strongly do not recommend this pharmacy. If you do need a 24 hour one I suggest Monterey Park on Atlantic. They would've had my prescription ready as soon as I drove out of the ER parking lot.

I said yes, it's an old bottle. I brought it to show them the prescription and the other pharmacy. I tried to explain that I didn't need it now, just transfer it and gave them the name of the other pharmacy. They said to just have my doctor call them. I couldn't understand why they kept saying this. I said my doctor had renewed this prescription just a few days ago and I was transferring it since I live close to this store. The pharmacist with the last finally came from the back and put the card on the counter she said to just have my doctor call them. I finally got frustrated that a simply request, to actually start to give them additional business (I have several other prescriptions) and they wouldn't be helpful or even try. I left and went down the street to CVS and got it situation resolved in 5 minutes. I will now be going there and will probably never set foot in Albertsons here in Downey again. Very disappointed. It seemed that they just thought it was too much work although it was a simply transfer of a prescription.

I asked for one after I finished my transaction and then was told they dont have any. He told me I can go to customer service to get my dime back. Not that it is a big deal but im not in the business of giving away any amount of money but it looks like I am because the customer service line was so long I kissed that dime blood bye. So then I had to put all my items in the basket and throw them in the car with not back.
