    I have been to many pharmacies over the years, but My Pharmacist on Call is a very different environment from your normal chain pharmacy. The pharmacy staff really cares about my health, and the pharmacist spent a lot of time going over my medications with me over the phone, making sure that I was informed and happy with what I was getting. They are very responsive to phone calls when I had additional questions as well. The best part, as many other reviews have probably mentioned, is that all the medications are delivered to me each month right on time so that I never have to worry about running out. They even gave me a nice bag. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Switching pharmacies was very simple, and the staff does it all for you!

    First and foremost I appreciate how friendly and warm the front of the office staff are. They made me feel welcomed and that any issues I would have will be addressed. Dr. Asher is so accommodating. I was picking up meds for my uncle and had issues with insurance. He went beyond what I thought was necessary to make sure I could take home medicine for my family. He even set up a delivery schedule for my uncle so he or I won't ever have to go back to the pharmacy. After all of that, the delivery is even free! I can't express how grateful I am to have that option. Thank you Dr. Asher and My Pharmacist On Call for helping me and my uncle out. We appreciate all your effort and I would highly recommend others to at least try this place out. It'll be worth it.

    The pharmacy staff is hard working and very pleasant. They welcome you as soon as you walk in, and they do their best to get your prescriptions out to you. One of the best things they do is that they deliver your meds to you. It's so convenient, and they double check where you want your prescriptions delivered so that you won't miss them.

    PRICE GOUGING!! PRICE GOUGING!! PRICE GOUGING!! I came into this pharmacy/store to purchase Lysol spray $8.99 a can once I got to the register to pay the employee told me he can't sell me the items unless I purchase $10.00 worth of other merchandise from the store! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? So it's not good enough that their supplies are already over priced but they won't sell it to you unless you buy other stuff! Not only is price gouging illegal but then the employee had the nerve to accuse me of wanting to buy the Lysol to sell it at a higher price elsewhere once I questioned him why I had to purchase other merchandise that I don't need or want! also there was not one sign saying you must buy other merchandise to sell you the Lysol, this made me so mad! The staff there is very rude and unprofessional!! I never leave reviews but this is RIDICULOUS!! you should be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of people in this time of pandemic! I'm sure they have been through a lot at this location, which I definitely take into consideration, but I don't think that means that low quality customer treatment is now acceptable (across multiple visits). I waited for them to come take a cheap item I needed out of the locked cages (that every item is in now), and when they did, instead of handing me the 5 dollar item, they insisted that they would take it up to the front where it would be waiting for me. After waiting in a long line, my item was not at the front.. So I just checked out without it. As I was leaving, an employee came up to me with the item I needed and acted like I was being an inconvenience. I went back and purchased the item only to find out that I missed out on a discount that I would have gotten if I'd have purchased it with my other items. I couldn't care less about the discount - ha, but it's just the principle of the situation and how the employees I dealt with could obviously care less. And this has been a re-occurring vibe at this store. Not to mention that the store's inventory has not been very great either.. ALTHOUGH, it is true that you never-ever know what people might be dealing with in their lives... --which is why I gave a 2 star rating instead of 1 star.

    This is the first time we've been to this location and we were very impressed. This was due to…read moreMoises. We were checking on some photos we sent in for printing to see if they were ready. He looked our order up and proceeded to print right away. Moises let us know how long it would take and would periodically check in to let us know how much longer. He later had to go on break and let me know another person would be finishing up the transaction. He informed his coworker the details of our transaction and that we already paid. When he got back from break, he again checked on us and our order. He explained their printer got stuck and only 30 of 40 printed. He gave us a couple of options on how to proceed--- if we would like a partial refund or if we wanted to wait for them to fix the printer and reprint. We opt for the partial refund. Moises provided us one of the best customer experience we've had at Walgreens. He was sincere in his apologies, extremely attentive, articulate and helpful. Great job Moises!
