tl;dr - do not expect deliveries when promised, or updates/calls back on anything ever. Be careful! If you have any prescriptions you actually need I do not recommend using this company. Very bad experience with them over the past few months. After looking into them they operate out of the back of a convenience store so that may make sense out of some things. Repeatedly now I've confirmed my deliveries with them only to have them fail to be delivered. Every time I call the next day they have no idea that someone yesterday guaranteed they'd deliver. They will opt to hold deliveries after confirming and will not call you to let you know. I recently confirmed a delivery on a Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday each for the next day - so three days in a row they promised they'd deliver we're delivering and then just... didn't. I ended up in withdrawal because they close for a long weekend, and it was a nightmare to get an emergency refill over the weekend. They do not seem to take this seriously, I complained today and they were sorry they had no idea they'd promised yesterday to deliver this morning. They never know why someone (presumably someone in the same room) would have said they were delivering. Totally unacceptable for me and my needs, may work for you though. I'll be moving my prescriptions to a more legitimate pharmacy now. read more

The pharmacist Dr. Eghbali has been very empathetic and helpful while helping me navigate a very traumatic medical situation that requires specialized medication from my gastro doc. His staff was also very patient despite me calling and bugging them several times one day about an urgent timeline getting my meds filled due to my travel plans, etc. They also worked on getting my Prior Auth approved and they delivered it to West Hollywood as well. This place is a joke. Constantly being told to wait weeks for prescriptions and then given reason after reason why prescriptions can't be transferred to another pharmacy. Already paying a higher premium and random fees that come out of nowhere one month and then are suddenly gone the next. Never know how much I'll be paying. I have been to many pharmacies over the years, but My Pharmacist on Call is a very different environment from your normal chain pharmacy. The pharmacy staff really cares about my health, and the pharmacist spent a lot of time going over my medications with me over the phone, making sure that I was informed and happy with what I was getting. My primary care provider uses this pharmacy. At first it was great. Prompt delivery and courteous service. But this last prescription has been an ordeal! After my doctor's office called in the prescription,it sat there undelivered. Doctor's office called to inquire about the status,which prompted the pharmacy to call me. They apologized and said the soonest I could receive my meds was the next week. Now they left a note saying they attempted delivery. I was home waiting and didn't hear a knock on the door. Usually they call or text. No attempt at communicating with me. I call the pharmacy and they apologized and blamed the delivery service. This is now over a week since I should have received my blood pressure medication! Now they're saying I have to wait around all day until they reattempt delivery. And for some reason I can't go to the pharmacy to retrieve my meds. Bad service! read more

This is the absolute worse pharmacy to work at. I recently lost my mother and there was no understanding! The pharmacist constantly hounded me about trying to call patients and getting them set up instead of giving me time to get everything together. This is supposed to be free delivery but they will charge a 25.00 fee if your only getting one medicine! I used to work with this pharmacist before he should have just stuck with retail pharmacy because he can't handle his own! A perfect score!!! First time walking into the store we didn't see or feel anything different from any other pharmacy that we had gone to... until we were greeted at the counter... Friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They took the time to "care" and explain your medication and they were quick on the waiting time to get you your medication.. Other pharmacies that we have gone to before operate the opposite way... long waiting time for them to process/get your medication.. and quick "robotic" explanation of your medication. CVS and Walgreens have many customers and long wait times for specific medications, however, My Pharmacist On Call always takes the patient's time into account.
