They provided prices for other services, which I declined at the time, and they still went about their business in a professional and courteous manner. Went in on a rainy day, not a long line but soon found out the manager by himself due to staff shortages. He looked worn out but kept a smile on his face! I decided to wait the hour or so for an oil change instead of turning around like everyone else. I had a show that I've been wanting to watch and it gave me the chance!! The reviews they receive are spot on, probably one of the best experiences in at least 20 years at a lube center. He was attentive, informative and knowledgeable but more importantly, did not treat me as an ignorant female or, what I call, The Little Missy treatment. If you like waiting in the bay for 45 minutes to get a state inspection and the have some random dude drive you car around to " test the brakes" then look no farther. I'll be sticking to Valvoline. These guys are awesome. Polite, fast, and had a discount. They topped off my fluids, changed the oil, replaced the oil filter, added air to my tires, and cleaned my windshield in about 15 minutes. They didn't have my type of air filter in stock, but said they would install for free if I byo. Way cheaper than the dealership without all the bells and whistles. read more

First time I've ever used this company for my oil changes. I'm normally a Walmart user but because of the pandemic they are currently closed. I have to say my experience was 5star for sure. There was some new faces and too much playing around. They were running in and out of the office, locking each other out of the office while customers were waiting for the vehicles to get serviced. Week later brought in 69 ford you would've thought I brought in spaceship take 5 took 45mins plus no problem I understand, today I pull up to get inspection on 2017 truck waiting for about 20 mins finally Mo walks out I tell him I need an inspection he tells me his inspector doesn't come in till tell I told him you I wish someone would've told me, I also made the comment that this location was getting slow. I got my oil changed a couple of weeks ago. The next morning I started my car and my engine was screeching and knocking very loud. There was oil all over my driveway. They did not tighten the drain plug. They came to my house and put two quarts of oil in it and have me drive it back to the shop. They redid my oil change. The next day leaving a restaurant my skid plate fell off. The manager at Take 5 came and put it back on. They didn't not tighten it after my 2nd oil change. The next morning my car started knocking at 50 MPH. and locked up. It's inoperative. I have contacted customer service several times. Nobody will respond to my emails or call me back. It's been days and I do not have a car. I spoke with the manager again and he said he would send a wrecker to my house and tow it to a shop that day. It has been 3 days and nothing. I finally started speaking with attorneys this morning. DO NOT USE!! THEY SHOULD HAVE ZERO STARS. read more
