She is verbally abusive , yells and at one point she gave me a nudge on my back for a small mistake on an empty road. She has no right to physically touch anyone. I had my lesson with one of her workers who was very calm and taught me well. Always remember, you need to put in efforts yourself and nobody else is responsible for your results - they will guide you and point out mistakes to make sure you don't make them during the test. Pricing could've been more transparent but good experience overall. MAJOR RED FLAGS - verbally abusive/ constantly gaslighting - literally SHOUTS at people's faces and swears at them - expects people to know everything beforehand - rude and untimely - eats/drinks food during the learning session - constantly checking text messages and loudly talking on the phone I took one lesson with her and instead of bringing any value to the lesson, she kept telling me that I was going to wind up dead on a road (mind you I was following all the traffic laws that were outlined in the handbook). This was also triggering because I was nearly hit by a car while biking in the past and still have some PTSD. She started yelling at me when I went to adjust the mirrors, as I couldn't see well. She even kept blaming me for the mistakes made by other drivers and kept taking loud phone calls while teaching. While blaming me, she also kept screaming at the top of her lungs, which can be considered as verbal abuse and is extremely traumatic and dangerous for people who are just learning how to drive. She religiously told me that I was stupid and incompetent, which was frustrating as I was just trying to drive safely. I barely ever cry or get angry, but this experience traumatized me to the point I had a mental breakdown. I had warned her beforehand that I have chronic migraines that can get triggered very easily, but even so, I left the car shocked, without any semblance of self-confidence, and a terrible migraine. *NOT FOR BEGINNERS* *SWEARS & YELLS* *MADE ME CRY* I went to Babita for my first ever driving class. I never drove a vehicle before meeting her. I made sure I mention this while booking with her & also when I meet her for the first time for the actual lesson. Babita was 30 mins late & changed the lesson time from 2 hours to 1 hour at the time of meet. In the first 5 mins she expected me to spot things in the car with minimal instruction & expressed frustration when I couldn't spot things immediately. I apologised & let her know that it's my first time behind the wheel. Being my first ever time I was a little confused in the first half of the hour. She was tight lipped with instructions & expected me to know things beforehand. In the first 20 minutes of this session she had already yelled at me with swears for a mistake I made & yelled 'Battameez Ladki' with a very harsh rage. I couldn't believe someone had spoken to me like that. I was so stunned I couldn't react & just apologised. In the first 30 mins she yelled at me multiple times. My tears were swelling up the entire session. She even said "Chaar paanch baar daatne ke baad barabar chalane lagegi'" (Translation: After 4-5 scolds she will start driving properly). She seemed very proud at her cunning audacity to bully. As soon as I got out of the car & left from there I finally burst out in tears. I can't believe this happened to me. She does not have the patience & the skill to instruct complete beginners. She also takes many phone calls while teaching which can be very distracting. Our daughter took her first class with Babita a couple of months back and the experience with her was far from professional. 1. Had a very difficult time scheduling an appointment with her. I had booked a driving test session with her. She arrived 20 minutes late (still charged fully) and had an arrogant attitude from the start and started saying "so what if im 10 minutes late? I thought you knew driving". So you can imagine her professionalism from the beginning. While taking me through the practice session, she was shouting and yelling at me throughout. She did give me good tips but they could have been conveyed in a mature way like a good teacher would. But no, she literally said abusive words and insulted me constantly. Which caused me to make more mistakes in anxiety and her yelling at me even more. Before the test, she told me I wouldn't pass. Yes that's the kind of teacher this person is. I took a deep breath, meditated for a bit and consciously forgot everything about the session with her. That was the only way I passed, and even got a comment from the examiner "keep up safe driving!". With only a couple or minor mistakes from the exam sheet. I should have expressed all of this to her in person but I was too anxious with all her yelling and her also being my moms age stopped me from it. But I'm hindsight, I should have expressed my honest feelings after the test but I just didn't want any drama at the time, considering her aggressiveness. I want to let everyone here know not to go with an instructor like this. Pay $50 extra and go with a decent instructor who's also hopefully a decent person. read more

There is no zero rating unfortunately but I bet Babita does not deserve more than 0. She is such an arrogant, unprofessional, uncouth instruction I have ever come across. The very first thing the student sat in her car was - shamelessly asked to pay the money first as she knew no one can tolerate her for 2 hours, so she makes sure to take the money beforehand. She made the student to drive at less than 15MPH throughout even though she has taken many classes before and knew how to drive basics. The whole time she kept yelling in so uncouth and trash language not to press the gas but to let roll the car on itself. She was so unprofessional and annoying by calling her husband/daughters throughout for 2 hours one after another ongoing calls discussing about dinner and other useless stuffs which is very distracting to the student driver. She flaunted pompously that the student will notice a clear difference just after a single class while she has barely taught anything other than releasing the foot from the gas and talking to her family.
