There are also adult clothes in the back but the selection is smaller and less interesting. They have brands like Mini Boden and Mini Melissa (brands you'd see at Nordstroms). The bad: The prices are pretty high. There were joggers and shoes for kids around $75. The interesting: I see a lot of reviews about people who don't like the owner lady following them around. I noticed this at another Korean fashion store I've been to too (where the owner will come to the spot you were just at to tidy anything you touched or slightly displaced). It is discouraging to browse things when you're not greeted or when you're being watched. I had two toddlers with me (the target audience) and you'd think that people would say hi to the kids or ask if we needed help looking for anything but we didn't get any of that.

I spent well over $200 for my daughters that day. It would be nice if these ladies where at least hospitable. Plus, she's 12 and should know better, period. The owners were very kind in gently explaining why it wasn't okay, and I appreciated that because their house, their rules! Kids need to understand that when you walk into someone's place of business--or even their home--you should be respectful and ask for permission or assistance before touching things. I've never rented before but apparentry that meant I rented it for an hour. Paying $100 for a 1 hour rental at an amusement park doesn't make sense! I was driving in CA traffic for hours and didn't make it by 2:00 the delivery driver Anthony kept texting me very rude messages and said he was picking up my scooter at 3:00 and going to other deliveries. At that point I cancelled the rental with Sandra who was NOT a manager and she was extremely rude about the whole thing. Trying to make me feel stupid with her comments on how she never had this problem in 20 years she worked there. All because the confusion of the time pick up. Sandra then called Anthony to say I cancelled because of his rude comments. I cancelled because I wasn't gonna make by 2:00 the time HE wanted me there. so Anthony called me on the phone and was trying to argue with me and after I told him I wasn't doing this he still text me a harassing message with a heart emoji. When I said I wasn't gonna make it and ask led for a refund with Sandra she said no refund because you didn't cancel yesterday. So I lost $100 and had to dispute this with my bank. these guys are crooks!!!! Plain and simple. I'd definitely think twice about renting from these people. Such rude customer service and harassment. I'll definitely be telling my friends and family not to go here!!!

Such a lifesaver this place is!…read more Had a recent trip back to the OC last month with both my kiddos, and even though I have a five-year-old now he still refuses to use his legs when we're at a theme park so I needed to find a double stroller that was able to fit inside the trunk of a standard car and also something easy to push around at Disneyland Park. I also noticed that most stroller rental companies in the area have a minimum requirement of renting 3 consecutive days. I literally only wanted to pay for one day since we just needed to use it for the hours while we were at Disneyland. Luckily, the lovely owner of this company was retiring some of her double strollers and agreed with me that if I could just pick up at her location, then she would rent it out to me for the one day. Everything worked out perfectly as her location was literally five minutes from Disneyland Park, so it was easy to simply pick up and once we were done at the park to drop off back at her home. The stroller was also very easy to push around and both my kids were very comfortable in it. I highly recommend using this company if you ever need to rent a stroller in the area.

A girlfriend of mine told me about how nice it was to have one dropped off to their hotel for their Disney vacation so they didn't have to lug one on the plane. She gave me a few options of companies that offer this service and I'm *so* glad I chose City Stroller Rentals. It's a small business and I've had the pleasure of using them 2x now for our past Disney trips. The stroller is dropped off to the concierge the night before (We stayed at the Westin Anaheim). In the morning when you're ready to go, just stop by the concierge and have them get it for you. Once you see the stroller, you can fully appreciate that it's been thoroughly cleaned and in good working order. Hanging in the back, you'll see a nice little plastic sleeve with your last name printed on bright blue paper. This makes it so easy to find yours when you've parked your stroller among hundreds of them at the park. Another nice thing to note is that once they've dropped off your stroller, you'll get an email for them with pics of the stroller for proof. When you're done with it, they come to pick up. Our cost? $15/ day. Not bad at all.

Another thing to keep in mind is that they do not offer refunds--only exchanges or store credit. When the store first opened, I was able to find some great deals regularly. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. These days, finding a good bargain is hit or miss, so it's definitely worth comparing prices before making a purchase...especially since there are no refunds.
