It was meant to be as I had already was considering booking an appointment with them based on the positive reviews and convenience of location. I really appreciated that they had availability on weekends since my husband and I work Monday through Friday. It was easy to find an appointment that appropriately aligned with my pregnancy. I appreciate that they recommended when to come in for ultrasounds in hopes of getting the best captures. The facility was clean and organized. The ultrasound room was large and could comfortably accommodate several loved ones who may want to join the ultrasound session. We worked with Alexis for all of our sessions. She was professional, kind, and patient. When baby was covering his face or not in the most ideal position, Alexis gave us the time to try and get baby moving. When we weren't able to get the best photos, she kindly scheduled us to come back for a second chance. We absolutely loved having some of the ultrasound printed after each appointment. The prints are high quality and I was able to frame them to decorate at my baby shower and in our home. Then we received an email with digital copies including an entire video recording of the session. It was so special to have these to take home with us. Another special memory we made at our appointment was having our baby's fetal heart tones recorded and placed in a stuffed animal of our choosing. Paid for 3 sessions (one package with two visits and one visit à la carte) but our baby girl was sooooo stubborn when it came to the 3D ultrasounds. Everyone was so kind and let me rebook for free to try again to get better pictures. So I ended up going way more times than the 3 I paid for. Even after my final rebooking that didn't go well, they offered one more try for only $20. And that time baby girl finally cooperated! I mostly saw Alexis and she is amazing, patient, and so kind. It was so important to me to get good 3D ultrasounds since this is my one and done baby after years of infertility and IVF. Samantha and her student took their time to make sure they get some good pictures as I'm already at 37 wks and 4 days at the time. Apparently, it would be harder to see the face of the baby as their space becomes crampier but the staff was patient enough by stimulating the baby by tapping my belly.
