Excellent customer service and really helped us out in a pinch when we needed a pack and play urgently. However, the quality of the high chairs needs updated. They are super old and not ergonomic. They were difficult to configure and operate. They were difficult to clean since they had fabric cushions. Both babies hated them. Would highly recommend the company invest in high chairs that do not have fabric and are more upright. read more

My wife and I arrive in Kauai a few days before our kids and our they wanted to make sure everything was good. Deerin at Babylicious assured us they would have everything ready by the time our daughter arrived. She even got us a day hiker back pack at short notice. And guess what- they had everything ready when our kids got to their condo. The pack and play was ready with a nice comfortable sleeping pad, the booster seat was set up, box of toys ready to go, bouncer and little car were in excellent condition and both grandkids loved them. Everything looked new and very clean. There was a small glitch as a bag of sand toys were not there, but No worries as the next morning they arrived. First time renting baby gear and had a great experience. Will definitely do again! Pricing was super reasonable. I was able to rent different things for stays on the south shore and north shore. Added bonus the north shore delivery is free. We rented between the two places a crib, high chair, stroller, toys, and beach equipment. Everything appeared new and in good condition. We did have an issue with the tricycle working but otherwise no issues. The stuff is in your room when you get there - depending on where you are staying you may be expected to take it back to the lobby which is kind of a pain to deal with during checkout but likely no different than other services. Highly recommend! Especially in comparison to the alternative options that are more expensive and do not have flexible cancellation (problematic in the era of COVID). No complaints. read more

Super friendly and accommodating! I was pleasantly surprised to see the cleanliness and quality of the gear we rented! I honestly was not expecting such nice stuff. I'm very weary of rented baby gear since you never really know what germs your baby will meet on anything rented. But these were in great shape. A couple things worth mentioning: First, we needed a jumper/exersaucer which they had but was rented out. They bought a brand new one and had it (along with a booster seat and a great hiking backpack) delivered that night. Second, I broke the booster the first time using it. :-( when I showed them the piece that broke, out of good will, they did not charge for a new one. I just love this business and would return and recommend to anyone. We would have gone crazy if we had no jumper... My son is addicted to it! Tons of other gear that looked great too. i was searching on the much-trusted Yelp for rentals and in some cases it was cheaper for me to just buy a new baby playpen at Walmart. Then I asked some local moms who had been to Kauai and two recommended this service. the two founders were friendly, attentive and clear. I stated we were allergic to fragrance and she told me how they cleaned the items (Clorox wipes and Dreft) so i opted to not get sheets and bring my own. It was clean and set up when we arrived and the good news is they came in afterwards to remove it so we were able to use the crib the entire stay. (That was mainly bc they worked with the condo manager we rented from) all said and done, I paid a bit over $80 for the wooden crib for a week. thx ladies! i also like supporting young women in business. read more

Loved this place. I ordered a crib and upon our arrival the crib was fully installed with bumper and clean sheets provided. It was extremely easy for us to change the height of the crib and my daughter loved it. It was larger than the crib we have at home and quite comfortable for her since she fell and remained asleep in it our entire stay.
