He had our toddler seat ready for us at the car rental place. He then met us at our condo to drop off the additional beach supplies. This included tents, a large rolling cooler, an amazing baby jogger (that we now might want to buy) and toys for our little girl. The fact that he met us at our condo just to make sure we had everything that we needed was great. Even at the end of the week, he allowed us to leave all the beach items at the front desk of our condo and met us at the airport to pick up the car seat. AMAZING! Service like this is rare. I had originally contacted several companies who offer a similar service, and Mel at Rainbow Travel was the first to respond back to me. When we arrived at our rental stay in Hanalei, we had a crib set up that our son slept in the moment we arrived. It was wonderful! We also rented several conveniences such as a diaper genie, red wagon, sport umbrella, and the hiking backpack for our toddler to ride in. Everything was great quality and clean condition. Mel was easy to contact throughout our stay and stopped by when needed to rent more items. Upon leaving Mel stopped by to pick up all of the items. Her equipment is super well-maintained and recent -- for example her car seats are all less than 3 yrs old and are good quality from good manufacturers (ie not the cheapest car seat that some other rental companies like to buy). We also rented some beach equipment from her and she was kind enough to switch out sizing when she saw we'd ordered the wrong size swim vest for our toddler. I'll definitely rent from them again--my only regret is not renting the kids' life vests too so I wouldn't have had to pack them. Details: I booked this last minute, and Sharon made it happen. She answered my call right away and arranged a same-day drop-off of the wagon, which we kept for a week. The wagon itself was spotless and came with a canopy, two cup holders, a snack tray, and a basket. The beach wheels were included in a large duffle bag (just a heads-up: they do take up quite a bit of car space). We only used them once during our trip, but it was nice to have the option. Convenience: Delivery and pickup were super easy. Sharon met me in the hotel lobby both times, but I was also given the option to leave the wagon in my room for pickup. Service: All calls, texts, and messages were answered quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied with my rental and will be recommending this company to all my friends and family visiting Kaua'i!.

It was easier than a black stroller too because it was so hot and the wagon was open air. I rented a pop up tent which was extremely easy to use and worked great! I also rented sand toys and a baby monitor. The monitor was pretty old and we ended up using the one we brought from home. All of the gear was clean and in great condition. The items were easy to order online and the stuff was delivered before we got there which was great!

Make sure you check your credit card statement. Although I cancelled the crib before they delivered my items they still charged me. when i called him, somehow he 'forgot'. Right... Then i noticed that my charges were more than they should be and called him back to ask why. so since i rented everything for 6 days instead of 7, he refused to extend the weekly rate but instead charged me per day usage. what a dick. had i known, i would've kept it an extra day or had my resort hold it at the front desk or delivered one day earlier. i mean c'mon, really?! He was just a dick about the whole thing.

The prices were reasonable for the weekly rental, the equipment was clean and came in a mesh bag suitable for the beach, and the map they provided helped guide us to some locations of interest. We found the masks had normal wear and tear like scratches and leaky seals. We would rent from them again though. Equipment drop off was a breeze.

5/5 Seasport Divers…read moreDELIVERED We loved diving with them so much that we ended up booking 4 dives total -- 2 boat dives and 2 shore dives. Our first boat dive was actually our very first certified dive after getting certified, so I was definitely nervous But Anthony, our divemaster, was incredible. He guided us through the most amazing dive sites, helped us explore caverns, work on our buoyancy, and I got unbelievably close to my favorite sea turtles I got a little seasick because the waters were stormy and choppy during the first dive, but the whole crew encouraged me to get back in for the second one and I'm SO grateful I did because it ended up being one of my favorite dives ever. We loved the experience so much that we booked another shore dive with Cody and it was equally amazing. We got super close to the honus again, ended up right in the middle of a bait ball, saw a HUGE barracuda, and the most beautiful giant mushroom coral. Beyond the dives themselves, the people here were just sooo kind, encouraging, and welcoming. At one point they even gave Tim and me a thumbs up and said we didn't seem like new divers which honestly made our whole day Absolutely loved this shop and will 1000% dive with them again.
