Well, they delivered the flowers in a plain clear dollar store vase. When I specifically chose and paid more for the Arcadia vase. In the past, if a store doesn't have an item I ordered, they call me. Ask if I would like to replace it or get a refund. I received no call. I only know this from the pictures my grandpa sent me. AND the flowers were TERRIBLE. They were like the side flowers you could get for 5-10$. No actual statement flowers. $80 for a sad excuse of a bouquet. Seriously I could have went to a grocery story and bought something for 25-35$ that would have put them to shame. But no, $80 for weeds. Then I come to find out the fruit was bad too. Soggy, old, gross. Started molding by the next day. So I paid almost $200 for a weeds bouquet and old gross fruit. This experience was so bad, I will NEVER order from any edible arrangements ever again after ordering from them for more than 12 years. $200 down the drain and my grandpa was sent trash.
