My favorite Restaurant in Pleasanton! Beautiful setting for a date night. Great food, great service! Prices are very reasonable. Never disappointed, will be back for sure!

Baci left great memories from when we went last so we had to try again- and they did not disappoint! A good experience is only good if it's also consistent. We tried a different range of the menu and everything we had was amazing. If you get the seafood platter, the pesto dip that comes with it is very tasty. I would highly recommend getting the artichoke appetizer even just so you have the garlic aioli dip as well. Yes the dip is the good it's worth ordering the appetizer just for that. Service and dessert were also even better than last time. For dessert, the Apple Gallete was my personal favorite.

Solid brunch spot with a nice ambiance. Some tables go hard on the mimosas so I can get a bit loud. Good portions for sharing or taking leftovers home Been here for dinner too and it's a classy Italian joint worth visiting

Baci is one of our favorite Italian places in downtown Pleasanton. It is a relatively small restaurant that has been able to keep a casual but elegant atmosphere. The building is part of Pleasanton's culture. Originally the brick building was a bank. I have been told the vault still exists in the basement. The servers are nicely dressed. The tables have white linens with fresh white butcher paper. The high ceiling supports modern rustic chandeliers. Outside seating is very popular and fronts onto Main Street. We had the Tuna Tartare, Cranberry salad and Scallops. The chef does a good job selecting quality ingredients and presents them tastefully. We had the exotic Bomba for dessert. Think several flavors of ice cream coated with white chocolate and drizzled with dark chocolate. We normally don't do dessert but this one pleased us nicely. If you want some great Italian food in a causal elegant setting give Baci Bistro a try. Some of the attached pictures are from previous visits.

We went for brunch on a Saturday. There was no wait to be seated. They have indoor and outdoor seating. It wasn't too busy inside so it was quiet while we were there. Service was ok it seemed like our waiter may have been bartending too. I got a chicken with Alfredo sauce and veggies. It was really good the chicken was crispy and flavorful. This was a big portion I was able to take half of it for dinner. My boyfriend got the BLAT and he really liked it too. I got a strawberry drink it was strong and a hint of sweet. He got a mimosa good size. They have sourdough bread to start with. I make sourdough at home so I am a bit more critical on the bread but it was good and they give a good amount of bread. I have been wanting to try this place and I am glad we did. Overall we liked the lunch and brunch menu and we will be back to try other items.

What a cute place in downtown. Came here for brunch. We chose to sit outside. It was a lovely day. There are also seats inside. It was busy for Saturday so make reservations. Staff was friendly. Portions are huge. I enjoyed my California eggs Benedict. I loved my sangria.

I came here for a work event. We rented what I would classify as the "tea room" next to the main bar. The decoration felt very "high tea." Servers were fine, appetizers were good. My main, which was a special called "Romeo & Juliet " consisted of noodles with a white sauce, shrimp, and steak. Unfortunately the taste left a lot to be desired. Overall an okay experience.

    DoorDash delivery.

Catching up on my reviews here. I ordered DoorDash delivery a few months ago. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese and the grilled artichoke appetizer. The food was good, but I had the following complaints. For $17, you would think they'd be serving a normal sized artichoke, not the mini sized ones. With a total bill of $55 for spaghetti and a mini artichoke, you would also think they'd give you bread or parmesan cheese or even utensils. Being that the value and service are not considered when thinking of customer satisfaction or retention, no way I'll be ordering again. The prices are insane! For these prices, I'd expect whatever I ordered to be close to amazing, and well.... I'll just say that prices should be definitely be reduced

You had me at billion dollar!! What a fantastic afternoon for a double celebration of birthdays!! And of course brunch is always best! The rose we had paired wonderfully with what everyone ordered - Ballerina Brut rose - The Star of the show for me was the BILLION DOLLAR BENEDICT! Filet and lobster smothered in a light and delicious hollandaise - chefs kiss!! The meal was topped off with a rich brownie compliments of the restaurant for my mom and the besties birthdays!! It was such a wonderful afternoon with fantastic service! Thanks for making the day special!

We went to Baci for dinner at 5 before going to a show at the firehouse arts center. Although they misplaced or reservation, they seated us right away. Although the restruant was crowded the sound level was average and the dining room was comfortable. The server was attentive. He checked on us through our meal. He split our bill quickly and efficiently when we asked him to at the end of our meal. The food was tasty. I had the eggplant Parmesan. The eggplant was not too soft. The seasonings were balanced. The scallops were delicious. They were cooked perfectly. We all had desserts. The portions were generous. I am sure we will be back.

    CHICKEN PICCATA
    Nicole A.

Came for lunch super cute inside and out. We sat outside in their little area that they have set up next to the sidewalk, which is really nice cause you're right on Main Street and you can see people to drive and walking past you and stuff that's super nice. That part was great. The server came he was great. He helped us with the menu which is a lot way too much. I think for an Italian restaurant to be able to give good quality Italian food. The person I was with had the chicken Parmesan and I ordered the chicken piccata. We also had some of their bread which was actually really good. Our food came out very quickly. The portions are huge even for lunch the chicken Parmesan I didn't taste it, but my friend said it was delicious my chicken piccata. The flavor was good, but the noodles were drenched in the lemon garlic sauce that came with it and they were the noodles were a little soggy so they were a little overcooked. I ended up just eating the chicken and leaving the noodles on the table. I did order a beef stroganoff to go for my husband, which I wasn't sure if it was that if it was gonna be any good or not but it turned out to be very tasty next time if we go I'm definitely getting the beef stroganoff that would probably taste way better in the restaurant rather than taking it home and reheating it. I did not use the Bathroom while there so I can't comment on that but everything else seemed really nice. The restaurant was quiet all the staff was great very friendly not a bad place to go for lunch or dinner.

The ambience always is great, good music, good crowds, always something to watch for those who just want to kick it and have a drink. The reason for the three star review is that I cant help but notice that the quality and portioning of food has diminished from prior experiences i had here in the past years. To make it worse, prices have only gone up due to inflation. We had the rednexican nachos, burnt ends, sliced brisket ends and fried oreos. The nachos and the fried oreos were great as usual, but the entrees, not so much. The temps were off and the taste was not there, it has not been for the past two visits for us. Not sure if it's the product itself or the preparation of it, but it's just not the same quality i was used to. It's still a good spot to visit, but I wouldn't recommend it as a go to BBQ spot in the Livermore area.

Waitstaff and venue were great, but what made the event special was the very high quality of the food: gourmet shrimp appetizer, flatbread, salad, chicken kabob, filet mignon kabob (no exaggeration), and Oasis salmon, plus rice, asparagus, mashed potatoes, chocolate mousse cake for dessert, coffee, tea, sodas. We saw another table waiting to be serviced by him as well. Multiple workers walked by and just eyed each table but never offered help to the poor guy, therefore a few tables grew impatient. Cons: Soon as we walked in we were told it was going to be a 20-30 minute wait, not a problem. We gave them our phone number to alert us when our table was ready, so we found an area at the bar and sat down and waited. 45 minutes passed someone from our party wanted to see how much longer it would be. When asked how much longer, the host said they "didn't have our number to contact us". (Didn't make sense because we gave it to them soon as they asked us to have a seat to wait) They didn't bother to call for us like they were calling other people waiting for a table, they didn't want to walk around to find our party either. When they finally sat us down at a table, we noticed majority of the restaurant was empty (literally only 6-8 tables). Took us about 10 minutes to just get water for everyone (We were a table of 5 btw). Took over 20 minutes to take our order, took almost 30 minutes to get our order. Waited 15 minutes to get to go boxes and the tab. We came in around 7pm left around 9:45ish just to give an estimate of how long we were there for. As someone who had came here several times as they were a kid, to come as an adult for a quick visit to reminisce, it was a disappointment to say the least. Maybe next time I would go to another location to see if the service gets better.

When I jokingly asked the server if they could comp a dessert since a key part of the meal was missing, the response was: "We do not give away free things." That set the tone for the evening. Service throughout the night lacked professionalism and hospitality. One male waiter, approximately in his 40s with slicked-back hair, was consistently rude, dismissive, sharp in tone, and visibly uninterested in helping our table. His behavior affected our entire party and made us feel unwelcome. Management should seriously address his service etiquette and overall conduct toward guests. The most disappointing part was the complete lack of acknowledgment of my wife's birthday. Throughout dinner, we watched several other tables celebrating birthdays receive desserts and recognition from staff, while our table received absolutely nothing despite the restaurant being informed ahead of time. At the end of dinner, we were simply handed the bill with no acknowledgment whatsoever. My wife even turned to me and asked, 'What about my birthday?' and honestly I had no answer for her. The evening felt careless, disorganized, and poorly managed. I interacted with autumn, and Dazha, both of whom were very kind, attentive, and provided great recommendations. They provided excellent service. I did not have to wait very long at all to get a beer, or order any food. I was also appreciative that they were able to carry a conversation with me as a patron versus just treating me as someone who was impeding on their workday. Now, onto the beer. I enjoyed the No Tanlines IPA, & the Tropidank IPA. Both were phenomenal. Great taste profile, went down easy and not too heavy on the ABV. Those beers paired nicely with the food that I enjoyed. Speaking of food their menu is just the right size with the right amount of options. I didn't find it overwhelming because honestly nothing is worse than a large menu with excessive options especially at a brewery. Lastly, the ambience of the brewery was very enjoyable. It's just the right size, and they also have a rather eclectic music playlist that I particularly enjoyed and it seems that the Staff there enjoys it along with many of the other patrons. Overall, this establishment will be a place that I revisit again probably more than once during my time in Dublin California and it will certainly be my go to place for a post round of golf meal & beer(s).

The bartender never once wiped down the bar top even though it was obviously covered in sticky spilled beer and bits of food. The staff were grumpy and didn't seem to be enjoying each other or serving people. One staff person complained about patrons and said they can either wait or order off the QR code...ouch. I got so tired of the bar vibe that I paid and took my beer outside to enjoy in peace. The beer selection seemed decent but I wasn't that impressed to think that I would frequent the place on future visits.
