Jake, the service advisor I worked with, was rude and dismissive from the start. He accused me of providing fraudulent information and spoke to me in a way that felt extremely disrespectful--like I wasn't even worth basic courtesy. It felt demeaning, especially with a full store of customers around. After speaking with his manager, his tone shifted--and at one point he even raised his voice while explaining that they don't price match over a certain dollar amount. That may be their policy, but it was never explained clearly upfront. To make matters worse, when he called BMW directly, the quote actually came back cheaper than what I had originally provided--so the accusation toward me was completely unnecessary. I came in needing tires immediately, so I didn't have the luxury of leaving, but if I did, I would have gone somewhere else without hesitation. No customer should be treated the way I was. I won't be returning to this location, and I would strongly recommend better training on customer respect and communication.

When it rains someone meets you at your car with an umbrella to walk you inside. They do diagnostics and let you know what will be charged and fixed before touching your vehicle. They are so transparent here; I've been shown the entire building by Mr. Martin. The staff is so friendly and helpful; from the person at the front to all of the technicians and mechanics. Their prices are reasonable and guaranteed. Today I'm getting my wheel bearings replaced and I know the work is going to be done right. This is the place to take your vehicle when it needs servicing. My car wouldn't recalibrate for my manufacturer's donut. I googled and noticed there was Tires Plus near the Stonecrest Mall area. I was able to make an appointment more quickly than expected and also be seen earlier than anticipated on the day of. I ordered a tire for $88 from Amazon and brought it to the shop because they didn't have my exact tire brand to match the 3 others. The manager was wonderful. He was transparent about the possibility that I may have to purchase 4 tires if the system rejects the $88 new tire because of the AWD. I knew there was a strong possibility he was right since I had issues with the donut. To make a long story short, I asked the manager for a quote for the new tires in the event I needed them. He found a reasonable price for a set if needed. However, I didn't need it. Thank God for honest people. They didn't scam me, and I was able to get my $88 tire mounted, and the system didn't reject it. I also upgraded to a lifetime wheel alignment. The service was under $300. So here it is January I need another for my driver side Cause the tire has a knot in it.. I go to the same shop.. they Quoted me a higher price than before the last time I was here.. I go on to tell them that the last time I was here I got a new tire and my rim fixed for way cheaper.. they look at the tire and said that the tire isn't a new tire.. And that they have "like new "tires in the back.. that the owner sold to me like it was a new tire.. Which is very unprofessional on his behalf..and the same reason people hate shopping with small business.. atleast he could've given me that option if I wanted a like new tire or a real brand new tire.. very bad business.. So here I am now a few months having to buy two new tires all because of the penny pinching owner trying to make a dollar.
