I came in on a Monday ordered two tires they told me they would be ready Tues about noon, came back they said they ordered wrong they will be here on Weds I scheduled a appointment for 7am on Thursdays, I was told I would be priority then was told it's gone be a hour and half, I explained I had a huge catering order I needed to be in place by 9:30am after 45 mins I again express im going to have to leave because they had not touch my car, one the mechanic over heard and asked was my tires here and to pull my car around, he then came back and said they order one correct tire and the other was wrong and it would be here at 1pm I called and let them know I was on the way at 3:15 got here at 3:30 and was told I would be in and out here it is 5:40 and now I'm going to be 2 hours late for me next job all that needed to be done was tire change worst experience I have had. I requested service for one tire, they kept trying to make me purchase 4. The tires were almost 200 a tire. They never gave me a quote for one time. I was there for over two hours on a flat just because they didn't want to service my one tire. Unless you're okay overspending on tires and terrible customer service, come here ASAP! read more

I waited almost 3 hours, and was told multiple times I was next to my car was about to get started on, and you know what happen I went to the counter, got my keys and walked right out to where I had parked my car initially and left, because nothing had been done to my car in the three hours that I had sat there. If I can rate this company a zero I would. The customer service is horrible. I made an appointment on Monday. I never received a call that the tires weren't available, so when I arrive for my appointment, I waited several hours before the shop informed they didn't even have the tires. I was told to come back on Saturday. I arrived on Saturday, waited for4 hours for them to install the tires. Just a total disregard for customer service. Then to top it off they tried to charge me more than what was displayed online. I am never patronizing this business again. I agreed to a new tire and was told three cars were in front of mine. Well 3 hours and 20 minutes later and I am still here. I came here for a wheel alignment. While waiting, went to grab some food, came back, and they said it was done. I paid them200 and drove off. My car veered all the way to the right. It was obvious no work had been done at all. As soon as I pulled back up to the place, he said" we did the best we could" without me even saying anything and gave me my money back. This could have easily been a scam if I didn't return immediately. They did no work and charged me. He knew he was wrong which is why I didn't even have to tell him how furious I was. There was an issue with the last repair that I had done here, but not only did they correct the mistake, they gave me a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. I would give them no stars if I could. I took my car in there for some basic maintenance work. They never called me to tell me my car was ready. Then when I had to pay an Uber to take me to see what was going on with my car, they were closed and never called me to let me know they were keeping my car overnight! When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager there I forgot her name but she is a female she was very rude and nonchalant about it then walked to the back and stayed there until I left. Yes, most times when coming to this location the wait time is ridiculous. However, the customer service is good. I'm always acknowledged when entering. Haven't had an issue. I always use the same mechanic tech (Vincent) for every service. Vincent is a respectful and honest guy. I've been a client of his for over five years now. Only reason why I did give a five star is because of the wait time and this location doesn't seem to honor the scheduled appointments. ! read more

I was stranded the day after Christmas outside of Atlanta. Not from here at all and in need to hurry and get back to my family. For 2.5 hours I sat there. My road side assistance wasn't answering the phone through allstate. Triple AAA didn't have the tool to release my spare. For whatever reason it was forgotten in my new Van when it was purchased from Toyota. County help couldn't do it. None of these same people could even give me a ride. I walked to the store. He brought his tools and drove me back. Got the tire off and brought it back to replace with my warranty from firestone. Out of about 6 people and loads of traffic passing. Unfortunately I've had a less than pleasant experience with location on 1/2/19 WARNing this is a long detailed description I came in for a wheel alignment on my vehicle at 2 PM and I had told the person doing my vehicle that I would have to go back to work around 5:30 they told me no problem it'll be done around an hour or two which is fine I have three hours of time to waste so I thought I came back around 4 o'clock I saw my vehicle sitting on the alignment rack unattended 20 minutes later I saw the same situation so I asked the same person who informed me they will be done on time and they got the service manager Miss Miranda not sure if Miss Miranda I thought she was having a bad day but I came in and another customer talking to an advisor had came in with a situation and was told that it was no problem she could get her situation cleared out when she came in with Miss Miranda was called in she changed up and told her that's not what I told you I told you this and that's what it's going to be attitude I was shocked that she would talk to a customer like that the customer ran off not trying to waste time unfortunately I was two hours and waiting for my vehicle to be done at 4:45 I finally told him the situation again I had to go back to work at 5:30 I had called off to try to get this done this week the person at the front brought Miss Miranda around the corner first thing she said was what's the problem I inquired about my vehicle as I explain the situation earlier I had to go to work her response was OK do you want your vehicle in the same attitude that she had with the last customer I was in all that she would not even consider the fact that I had told everything ahead of time before they took my vehicle my technicians have other things to do she says to me you have to wait patiently keep in mind the whole experience was negative based the body language and talk she used towards me was just unbelievable I even took the time out to call firestone tire plus customer service line to tell about my experience at this tires plus the gentleman that spoke with me hurt me out and tried to call and figure out what was going on as he saw I was being treated unfairly it hurt my heart when he took me off hold and informed me that she is the service advisor of this tires plus Realizing in my mind that she can do whatever she wanted to and him attempting The speed up the process in every way he could we got off the phone I walked across the street during this process and he called her while I wasn't there but he also told me that my car would be done around30 minutes time two minutes later she even interrupted her sale with the customer to inform me with the tech that I had told the customer support that you had to wait and I'm informing you now that you still have to wait and laughed no one else in the establishment is aware of what happen I even tried to get her to repeat herself and she pretended like nothing happened when Went on with her sale which hinted to my understanding that she can do whatever she wanted to do and no consequences, I had finally received my car finally around 6:25 The guy I spoke with on the phone said 30 minutes from 16:56 I hope this review really helps out someone this service manager does not care about people's problems she only cares about what makes her life easier I would avoid this one until there's another service manager if they don't need to promise to ask them you might see for yourself if you find yourself having to be at this one under her management read more

We changed our tire (we got the best and most expense one) and five minutes later we were at the I-20 and we got a flat tire again, in the same one we just changed. It was more than I sample go lay tire, tthe tire kind of melted, I don't know what happened but it put my and my family live in risk. For our luck there was so much traffic on I-20 and we were less than 20mil/h. When we came to change , they didn't want to change at first , they saidd it was a road problem. I have been dealing with Tires Plus for at least 5 years. I was a loyal customer to the one in Conyers until they flimflammed me in regards to my brakes and rotors. I had bought tires had brakes put on, 3 months later my car is shaking every time I stop. Take it back to them and they tell me the rotors are bent. I'm confused because I had just purchased tires, brakes and pads a few months before. They tell me it's because my shocks and struts are worn and need to be replaced. So I pay for rotors, etc and they say they will put new pads as a courtesy. Fast forward went to my dealership 4 months later. Had them checked everything, transmission, fuel system, brakes, shocks, struts. Told them what Tires Plus in Conyers said. They told me that was bull. Learned my lesson. Stopped going there. I think I have found my Tires Plus home. The one in Decatur off Panola Road. I was having tire issues and they honored all previous work by Conyers. And they did not try and sell me on something I did not need. They were honest, unlike the one in Conyers(blames you for their shoddy work). read more

This place is always full of issues. Years ago I went here and they damaged my tire's lug nuts and even lost one without informing me or replacing it. I recently tried them again as I haved moved closer and have been met with disappointment each time (twice). Customer service is poor, they are slow, the sticker was not placed in my car to show when to return, and they do not seem to have the knowledge expected for a corporate establishment. Also if a person calls in the day before to make an appointment, per the store's request, when they arrive the appointment should be booked which OF COURSE it was not. I made the worse decision of my life bringing my vehicle in for service for repair at this Tires Plus and wasted my time and money here as well. I brought my vehicle in for a ball bearing and have had to bring it back for service for 3 times now and soon to be a 4th time now since the bearing is going bad again. At the time of my 3rd visit, I was told by the manager that the shop is under new management and that the new management wouldn't allow anything to happen like having repeat repair happen. Well guess what, repair #4 is almost upon us now. I feel cheated and robbed at this point and the only reason that I am going back is because I refuse to throw my money away and as long as this repair is under warranty if they have to repair the bearing 100 times while it's under warranty then guess they better have enough parts in stock to repair it every time I come back.
