It's fine, but kinda sad. Not sure I'd fight the bikers to go back for an overpriced coors light.

The food at the Tejon location was amazing. I've never had a juicer, more perfectly cooked burger,…read moreever! That being said, the new location on Dublin was fine. Not bad at all, also not the same. The burger was kind of dry and almost seemed reheated, which is not at all the norm. I was so excited to have a location nearer to me. I love Skirted Heifers and will continue to enjoy the downtown location.

I ordered online. I arrived 1 minute prior to the time it said my order would be ready. I went to…read morethe "Order Pickup" area and the guy passing out orders said they were really busy and backed up but it "looked like my stuff was on the grill". No big deal, it happens. So I grabbed a seat at the stickiest table I think I've ever sat at in my life. After waiting for about 15 minutes and never hearing my name, I noticed a guy walked up to the counter and was handed a black bag. Next to the bag they handed him sat another black bag. I wonder if that's mine, I thought. So I walked back up to the order pickup area and asked they guy, "Did you call my name, Barry?" He checked all the tickets lined up and said to me in the most smug tone he could muster, "Dude, I don't have anyone named Barry". And then just went back to doing whatever. I said, "Hey man, do you not remember? I was just up here looking for my ToGo order. You told me you guys were ba..." and he cut me off and goes, "Oh ToGo?" And then walks over to the black bag that was sitting there and goes, "Barry?" I nod, and he snatched the back up and slings it on the counter and goes back to doing whatever. I said, "Hey man, how long has it been sitting there?" He smugly replied (as if I was a burden) "probably like five minutes" When I asked how come he didn't call me he just ignored me. He just turned around and went back to doing whatever, totally ignoring me.I said, "Look man, I don't want to get back to my hotel (about 10 minutes away) and my food be cold." He just looked at me and shrugged and went back to ignoring me, as if I was a burden to him and the store. I said "hey man, I think it's BS you're ignoring me" to which he just turned around and walked away. Honestly he's lucky I didn't pull him across the counter and teach him some manners, because his momma obviously didn't. Also, the food sucked. But I'm not sure if it was because, and as I suspected, when I got back to the hotel both burgers and the fries were cold. It was so bad we didn't even eat it. We just threw it away. An absolute waste of $40 (and if I'm being honest, I'm not even sure if hot the food would be worth those prices). Any way this place sucks and I hope and bunch of terrible stuff happens to that dude.

My husband asked to have another table and she seemed happy to accommodate. The place was nearly empty after all. The vibe is pretty cool. It has cool old-timey brick walls and a tin ceiling ... Colorado mountain town feel for sure. Our server was friendly and professional. We ordered and got our drinks fairly quickly. My bloody mary was enjoyable. I ordered the breakfast quesadillas. They had a good amount of filling, eggs, crispy bacon, onion, pico de gallo. I asked for a side of extra pico. I was surprised that they don't have a salsa. Oh well. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito. It's his standard order. He says that of all the breakfast burritos he's eaten ... and it's an impressive amount ... this one was the best ever. The green chili that it was smothered in had a bit of heat which appreciated. The burrito was very generously stuffed. Best. Breakfast Burrito. Ever. WOW. That's quite the compliment. The prices were decent. Service quick. Food great. We'll be back.

This weekend though, I ordered the chicken and waffles, which was one of my favorites, check the previous photos, it was AMAZING! This time, with the new menu, I would not ever order them again. The chicken was a not close to what it used to be or could be on a sandwich and be worthy to serve, it less than a 1/2in thick including the breading, the small waffles were soggy, and it was just unappetizing to look at on top of it. The syrup saved it, but that's saying a lot as it's just syrup... I really was looking forward to the chicken and waffles that used to be here as that was the entire reason for brunch here today, and I'll not order this again if this is what it is now. The steak Benedict was great though and well enjoyed by my wife, she loved it and the steak was perfectly cooked. We've been here 15-20 times and this was the only disappointing time since the ownership change or whatever took place. Unfortunate as we love it here, but this was not at the level it was before.

Once mixed together, the yolk coats everything into a delicious fresh dense bowl that's deeply satisfying without feeling too heavy. The crispy calamari was a great, light, crunchy meal. The octupus pieces were thick and paired well with the sweet chili sauce. The breading wasn't distracting but rather adding to the flavor. The thai chili salmon plate was bright and fresh, with a nice balance of glaze, greens, and noodles. Overall, higher quality for lower price. We will be returning. Cocktails were just as thoughtful as the food -- vibrant, fruity, sweet, and beautifully presented. If you come here, order the Seoul Bowl.
