The gal that I spoke to on the phone was very nice and was able to get me in at 8 AM on Friday, today. I showed up about 15 minutes before my appointment so that I could fill out new patient paperwork. I was a cash pay patient so I was told that it was $90 for an hour long massage or they do like a package where you pay for four upfront and you get the fifth free and that's what I ended up doing because I had my massage with Lexi who is their newest massage therapist And she was fantastic. Literally the best massage that I have ever had. She communicated very well at the beginning of our appointment and asked me what we wanted to focus on if I had any restrictions or if there was anything that I was uncomfortable with very good energy very much appreciated and liked that we went over that first And within about three minutes of her, massaging my face and my neck I knew that I would be buying a package to come back and see her as much as humanly possible I really like the fact that after I got up to leave, she asked if I needed a water which I did which was awesome and just said with the issues that I'm having, I should probably come back and see her every 2 to 3 weeks that's what she would recommend obviously, that's exactly what I'm gonna be doing I can't recommend her enough. I'm actually making an appointment for my husband and my sister to go and see her as well. Another thing that I want to mention, especially with massage appointments I sometimes feel like you get rushed with the time that you have and I didn't feel that way at all it was very relaxing and overall really good experience and I'll definitely be recommending her four massage therapy

We both pulled over, the lady that hit me was very kind & caring. At first, I had thought using a heating pad & Tylenol would work. As time went by, I was experiencing so much pain. I was fortunate enough to meet a young lady that had referred me to Dr. Steven Chittenden. I called an he immediately got me in that same day. I had went to him 3 times a week, for several weeks. At one point Dr Chittenden felt I needed to go to a physical therapist. I did go, it was not helpful at all. Dr. Chittenden has since referred me to a Spine specialist. What I want to really let people know, is that Dr. Chittenden is the kind of Doctor that TRUELY cares. He has made it a point to call an check up on me. During PT, he would call to see how it was going, he has since continued to check on my progress. I am an older person & in all my life, I have NEVER had a doctor EVER continue to call and check on me, to see how I am doing. I trusted that I would get the same care that I give to my massage clients...........I was wrong........... A heavy-set man with beard to his waist told me that he was my massage therapist. I couldn't back out of it, so I just went with it. He just worked on the back of my legs and arms with plastic ball. He asked what the pain was between 1 - 10. I screamed that it was 8 and he laughed. Then he put heating pads on my thighs and that felt good. It only lasted about 10 minutes. Then the torture was back. He put big ice packs on my thighs. I screamed and told him that I didn't like that, and he just laughed. He told me that he saw 8 clients for a massage per day. He torcher 8 people? Bad Karma. I felt sorry for him. And not enough to leave him a tip. And when I got home there was a rash under my arm. Nothing else helped except "prednizone" cream. I healed it. If I would treat my clients at the Phoenix Healing Arts massage like that, they wouldn't come back. We have to treat others with love and respect, because it creates good energy and comes back to us as a good Karma.
