This place is terrible. The medicine they delivered was super dry so after calling the number and it being busy over and over I finally spoke to the manager Parker who basically said he was the only person I was able to speak to and if I didn't like their product I didn't have to come back... Did phone order then went to obtain medication and scanned in at the front desk. Waited for about 5 to 6 people to come in way after me to literally go in and out an I'm still waiting. I had to go up to the window to be told they do not have my order and that they did not have me in the system. They were rude and thought it was my fault they messed up. I was very excited to see that nirvana had a smoke shop next to the dispensary that way I didn't have to make another stop the girl who was working there was super helpful and friendly I asked her when she worked because I enjoyed the music she played and how friendly she was I later then stopped by again and saw that a young man was working and he just seemed upset which put me in a bad mood because I was expecting the cheerful music and the friendly hello, I would rate this a 5 star but the difference between the two employees was pretty disappointing. read more

Bud tenders are supposed to KNOW the difference between a pain relief strain and a strain that doesn't even show pain relief on the radar. These reviews are actually shocking! This is my favorite dispensary! The majority of their staff are the kindest people I've met. I love how friendly the front girls and guy are. If you prefer a specific budtender you can request to see them. I used to see Bird until his schedule changed, now I see Omar, seriously the sweetest, most knowledgeable and best ones there! very disappointed in this dispensary. I went in for their memorial day special. Upon getting into my car and looking in my goodie bag of what I just purchased I noticed the bud tender had messed up my order and given me two of the same half grams of shatter. I ordered a total of 4 different half grams of shatter and an eight. I immediately ran back into the store to let them know. They took my card and receipt and had me wait in the lobby. the manager came out shortly stating he didn't know what the problem was. After I explained the mix up he said he reviewed the audio/video and that I got everything I ordered. He was very rude and when I got upset and said I would never shop there again he simply said "fine". I use to really like this dispensary until this incident. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! LETS JUST START with the fact that i have been a frequent customer since it opened and had some decent flower from here.. for the price... BUT today I could not LET IT GO they messed up the pricing, online AND in store so when I ordered ahead I got one total and after making my purchase and arriving home I find myself $5 short thinking to myself no way I had gotten jipped. well guys the price i had been given online was completely wrong and when i called to try to sort things out they said come back and we will see what we can do.. SO I DID! I drove 10 miles back just for them to be absolutely no help at all just to stare at me and say " Well we didnt mess up that is the price." but i have the receipt from online and in store. all i wanted was the correct price. When they first began, service was top notch but products lacked and were few and far between. Now, products are plenty with great quality, but service and management has clearly gone to pot (no pun intended) today was their 710 deal day. Many deals available, but guess what, you only get to take advantage of one for the WHOLE transaction. Which means instead of telling people that, you get to the counter with $35 worth of products they claim are discounted only to have to pay $68..... promotion and advertising is designed to obscure their end game which is to screw you out of the deals they claim to provide. read more

I do love what they have. I do love the way they treat me. But one thing I don't go for and strongly dislike is the way some of the old people, the female supervisor being one of the many up here that mistreats one of my sisters, I have witnessed it with my own eyes and they had no idea MY sister and I are related which makes it easier for me to see what my sister feels and has experienced by most Of the personality conflicted and egotistical typical males, few of the females, and the female supervisor(s), and or mainly the older staff more so, and now the new staff they hired are even more rude that work there, I am making this review because I love my family and even though they treat me phenomenal, I have to have my sisters back and make sure she gets treated the same as I, now if not better than me. The people here should know better in the way they treat people as a whole and I will continue watching out to make sure my sister gets treated better and if she doesn't, when I go back home I will make sure I let everyone back there know that this place only treats certain type of individuals, and people with true and sincere worth and will I personally will find another place to spend my hard earned money. I can honestly say that I have never left a dispensary unhappy until i went to The Nirvana Center. I have previously been here two other times and had a tolerable time. It was a very long wait both times i went and today I did not want to wait for the bud-tenders to call me back because I already knew what I wanted. So I called Nirvana Center and I let them know I wanted to place a pick up order. The lady that helped me was rude from the moment she got on the phone. I told her that I wanted the brand clean concentrate and i wanted the top self not the trim. She named the strains and told me that i was able to get 20% off for making a phone order so i was pretty excited. I told her the three types that I wanted. I asked her for an estimate before we got off the phone and she told me $34. That didn't sound right to me so i asked her if she had put down grams. She hadn't. She told me she fixed it and told me that our knew total was $64. It seemed a little low to me but with the 20% off i figured it was right. Driving from buckeye to 35th ave is about a 40 minute drive to get to The Nirvana Center. my smile left my face after realizing I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. For 30 minutes, I literally stood in the express lane with no one else in line. I finally went to the line next to the pick up lane and was told that I had to wait in the pick up line. Then another women came in after me and goes to the same line I had gone to. she was then put in front of me. Finally in the middle of her transaction they realized that i was still waiting. The lady asked if i had been helped and I angrily said nope. She helped me after her. The lady that helped me was very nice, but when she pulled out my order, it was wrong. The lady on the phone had only put two grams in the system. I told the lady that I had asked for the three grams over the phone. Another lady walked up and said that she was the one I had talk to and that i was wrong, that i had only asked for two. I looked her and i do honestly admit that I gave her attitude, i told her "ummm no, I'm pretty sure I ordered three." and she proceeded to argue with me. I named the three strains I had asked for and she walked away with offensive things coming from under her breath. The lady that was helping me then informed me that if i wanted the additional gram it would be 104. I had already used Nirvana's ATM, which they charge $2.50 to use. I had already pulled out $80 expecting to pay $64 like i was quoted. She then proceeded to tell me that I could use their ATM or cancel the other gram. I canceled the other gram. She told me she wasn't able to give me a free gram of concentrate but she was going to give me a free preroll. Never once did i ask them for anything free. All I wanted was to get my order correct and be out in a reasonable amount of time. I have two regrets, using the pickup lane without getting the rude ladies name and wasting my gas to come to The Nirvana Center. I will never return. read more

Just got my medical card an this was the first dispensary I went to and it honestly was a nightmare. The guy was too high or just rude to even remember any info about the dispensary, about any deals, couldn't even help me around the store an not to mention I was being rushed. I felt so stuck an put on the spot I didn't even know what to get or even the things they offered. He was just looking at me in my eyes like hey dude what do you want. I also told him I'm a new patent an never even been to any other dispensary that didn't change anything he literally said ok??? It was also my birthday an instead of being "good customer service" saying happy bday, no instead he then told me oh well all you get is a free gram an then wouldn't give me the gram til I was leaving I opened the bag an asked hey can I still get my birthday gram? I'm not being dramatic I'm being dead ass honest. No worker told me ANY new patient info NOTHING about the dispensary if you have customer rewards, any deals literally nothing. I was so dissatisfied, disappointed, irritated and annoyed. All I was looking forward to was this moment, and y'all ruined it‍ I opened my mail, got my card and went straight here... After my visit here I went to different dispensary's close by the Valley and now I see how it's SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. Went out of my way 8/15/2018 to receive my 2nd first time patient special as listed online for a first, second, and third return to the dispensary at $25/$50/$75 deal increments and was informed that they no longer honor that deal, and that although it was clearly stated online as available that it was removed sometime ago.. Flower is over priced most of what they have to offer is almost always offered elsewhere for as little as $5.50 a gram, its only worth going here for the first time patient special IF even that considering youll only receive a very small $25 deal equivalent to less than a 'decent' eighth in comparison to dispensaries within several miles who will match up to a $200 high quality ounce.. Just generally gives off the impression that they only care for your initial first time visit to get you into their records, and to receive your phone number to spam you with false advertisements.. overall including unmentioned thoughts/opinions id rate 0/5 stars read more
