I had come in and gotten my hair done and the owner assured me that she would let me know the recipe used for my hair and would be happy to help me find an SD hair girl. After repeated messages, the owner would never reply to me letting me know what "recipe" she used on my hair. This honestly made me feel like since she knew I was moving, she didn't care to help me anymore. Even if she was the best artist in ATL, I can't support a business that doesn't value their customers in this way or care to help past a one-time appointment. EDIT: The owner personally reached out to me to apologize and mentioned that she realizes communication is something she needs to improve. Thank you for reaching out.
