It would have been nice if they had their own hop water, but they offered Von Ebert's instead. Interestingly you can buy a hop bine for $40 right now too. Some of the TopWire and Crosby Hop Farm folks sit in the area next to the bar, since it's harvest time. My partner and I went and cut an 18ft bine full of hops, put it in our car and processed it at home! Dogs are allowed on leash, there are also signs asking you to respect the farm and not go in. Admire the hop bines from your covered tables!
