After I finished eating, I waited another 15-20 minutes before the bartender came by with my check. During my visit, no one checked on my meal, offered a refill, or asked if I needed anything else. I enjoy dining out alone to relax, unwind, and read a book, so long waits for service, refills, or the check can be frustrating. That said, the bartender was genuinely nice throughout the experience, and I still left a 20% tip because of his friendly attitude. The hostess who seated me seemed like she may have been having a long day and came across as a bit intimidating, though that may not have been her intention.
