Dad and I ordered a plate of wings to share. I got a brisket sandwich with fries, while the ancestor ordered a two meat combo with a BBQ'd half chicken and ribs. We both loved the wings. Juicy meat, crispy skin. And not too messy because they didn't overdo it with the sauce. Dad said the ribs were excellent but didn't eat the half chicken as he saved it for mom. My brisket sandwich unfortunately came out colder than Pluto. I sent it back and it was much better the second time around. The steak fries were some of the best I've had from a restaurant. I also poured out some of their sauces to try on my fries. The Bourbon sweet sauce is okay, but the house sauce has a great balance of heat and tangy flavor. The hot sauce is good if you want the heat turned up a notch. The good/mustard sauce is perfect for fries. Conclusion: Miles better than Scratch BBQ in Flint.

Onion rings were solid but the onions were massive so they kinda just slid out of the batter. Macaroni and cheese was by far the biggest letdown. So bland. Cornbread was sweet but not overpowering. Their two house beers and several items are $5 each and they have other items also. Predominantly a BBQ joint, their meats are very good and of course the mac and cheese is amazing. I've only been here during non-busy hours so I can't speak to a busy night, but the service has always been spot on and wonderful. Always friendly, and always attentive. I think this is a great spot for a night out of BBQ as long as you don't expect BBQ like you'd find in Austin, TX. Definitely give it a go.
