She made an appointment and came to our home to discuss making this happen. Emily brought us a nice plant and a beautiful folder of greenhouse options. She had concerns about getting a greenhouse down a steep side yard. We said our good byes on a Monday and she said she would have options and prices for us on Friday. We were so excited. Friday came and went no call. Both my husband and I reached out the next week, no return call. The next week, the third Friday she responded to my husband and said she may have misspoken about getting back to us so soon. She never responded to my calls. Then she was never heard from again. Wow. We were shocked and saddened. I was titled by the staff in the Lake Oswego store as their number 1 retail customer. I guess the landscape division doesn't care if people shop there. So sadly, this double digit dream was not from them. The other team had no problem with the side yard. I guess D's does not care about their level of customer service or making a great sale. This was an epic customer service fail. If you are going to charge Nordstrom prices you better give Nordstrom customer service. I'm in love with my dream greenhouse but with Dennis 7 Dee's landscaping division, not so much. As a great customer, it is very sad.

The birds were fantastic. they not only have many awesome parrots ,They have parakeets and canaries orange R-factor And regular yellow separated male and female. Some of the birds were lively and would talk the talk .grandson decided to get a cockatoo it comes with the cage from the small time I was there I noticed that all the birds have unique individual behavior. it was a fun visit kind of like going to the zoo the staff seemed kind.8-9-26

I've done business with them a few times and I've never gone away unhappy. I adopted two Quakers from them over the last seven years. The first one "buddy" who turned out to be a girl... was a rehome that had to be relinquished after 10 years. I had that bird for six years until it sadly passed away in an accident. The second was also a rehome who I adopted two years ago after that tragic accident. It was a bird they did not have any history on. The bird came from very bad circumstances when I took it to the vet it had suffered from a lot of social isolation that came out after I brought it home. When I called in tears asking what to do because I didn't think I could keep the bird "Samantha" talked to me with compassion and care, and I decided after talking to her I still needed to give it at least a few more months. My bird made a huge turnaround now after two years she was completely different bird that just needed the love that they entrusted me with to give her. Ceresa sold her to me and put her trust in me involving herself in the transition and because of her they even let me have her a week early. I have lived up to that trust and given my bird all the time, vet care that she has needed to recover from a previous past that was not good. I'll be going there soon to buy a bigger cage. I look forward to them seeing my Quaker April who is now renamed Gigi! thank you Bird Hut trusting me for the two rescues you let me love and take home. You are always involved in their care and your employees, always concerned for their well-being.

I hate seeing animals housed in small, crowded, cramped cages with no shelter so people just stare at them and stress them out. At Pets On Broadway, they provide these animals with comfortable, large spaces with lots of ability to hide and be comfy. The store itself is very spacious, nice tall ceilings, wide aisles and its stocked with a variety of products for all of your pet needs. I've already discovered new favorite pet brands that I haven't seen anywhere else. I also love that potted plants are included in their offerings; it makes the store feel light, bright, airy and adds beautiful greenery to the space. The staff is kind and friendly and the product selection is vast. This will be my new go-to pet store! I'm also interested to check out their community event lineup.
