They did a good job. I had some deep scratches on my truck and they buffed most of the out.

They did a great job color matching a hood scoop for my tundra. Quick turn around and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.

I selected alpine body shop because of the excellent reviews on yelp and carwise. They're the best…read morereviewed body shop in my area of Vancouver, Washington. Everyone at the body shop has been friendly, communicative, and professional. The people who work there seem terrific and I don't have anything negative to say about the actual interactions I've had with the shop. The damage happened over the December holidays, so I didn't expect them to be completed particularly fast, as delivery of parts over the holidays is expected to be spotty. However, the estimated date of completion has been pushed back for the third time, and is approaching 5 full weeks now - it is nearly the end of January. The first estimated completion date they gave me was two weeks ago. It's now been pushed back over 2 weeks because their parts deliveries for my Prius have been incorrect or missing important pieces. I can't blame the shop, but their parts vendors are clearly not dependable and I feel that by the time a shop gives you a third estimated date of completion, it should be correct. While I'm not unhappy with the actual service they have been providing, this experience overall has been miserable due to delays. I have had to continually renew my rental car to accommodate this extra time. In short, alpine has a great, accommodating staff at their body shop. Unfortunately, they apparently have incompetent vendors for their parts that have soured the entire experience. That said, the work they did was perfect once it was all in place, and everyone there is so friendly and honest, so I can't give it less than 3 stars. I will gladly give them another chance when I can plan for not having my car, as opposed to right after an accident.

They repaired the vehicle and it looks great. Paint matches. It was a very expensive repair compared to the other shop, more than double! They forgot a minor thing but somehow this turned into rambling excuses and tried to make me feel like somehow it was my fault. Strange way to handle a simple mistake. I think they will do a good job but if you end up with a problem or dispute then I think they would rather argue instead of just taking care of the issue without excuses. Looks bad and makes people feel bad especially if they're going to fix it anyway. Probably just needed a diaper change and a nap. Great for insurance repairs but I wouldn't recommend for self-pay.

They wanted to do a lot of unnecessary work, and the quote was over $2300, and they wanted to keep the car for a week. Disheartened, I took my car to Mackin's for a competitive quote. The quote was about $300 and they would keep the car for maybe two hours. Obviously, I took the car to Mackin's. They did everything in about two hours and did a fantastic job. Lauryn was super nice and these guys are my preferred body shop now!

When appointment time came I had to reschedule front desk was so great about continuing to follow up and get me into an appointment that would work for me. Finally the appointment came it was a small fix my car mirror had been damaged in a car wash. They were friendly every time i visited from first inspection to pick up day making an effort to be extra professional and kind! My husband drove the Yukon home and informed they had cleaned it too inside and out! How freaking nice! Thank you thank you for spectacular service even though it took awhile to get to the appointment they were so prompt in fixing only taking one day to call and say it was ready! Awesome experience after what happened to our vehicle. What a great team at Classic collision on Minnehaha in Vancouver!

I hesitated to use Classic Collision due to some of the negative reviews, but they were the only other body shop in Vancouver taking appointments according to my insurance company. The entire process went very smoothly. At the inspection I asked about parts availability, due to hearing some horror stories from friends, and they were honest and upfront, stating that it's possible we could run into some issues, but that they would keep me informed. They made good on that promise, sending automated text messages as our vehicle moved it's way through the repair process. They gave an estimated of completion at the beginning and hit the nail on the head. The car was completed and available on the exact date they estimated and in great condition. I just wish the rest of the car looked that good.
