Another guy arrived about 10 minutes after me (I'd already finished smoking my first cigarette), yet he got his order at the same time I did--and he got two shawarmas. Essentially, I spent 15-20 minutes just standing around waiting while the cook finished making shawarmas for other customers. Why do they do things like that?
