Never ever tried this place passing it numerous times. Finally was able to, thanks to my Dad wanting hamburger for dinner. This was the nearest location and it's why we came here. The place is casual, decorated, and clean. We came here on a Friday at about 5:30 pm. Good timing before the dinner rush. We were seated quickly and approached by our server. He gave us some time and came back for our orders. We all placed our orders and added additional toppings. Our burgers came out reasonably. The burgers and sides looked delicious. We were all very hungry and pretty much ate about 95 percent of our orders. We only packed my leftover tots and my dad's Mac 'n cheese. I did taste the Mac and cheese and it was really good. Creamy, pasta cooked well, and hot. The tots were cooked great. Crunchy when bit into, soft inside, and hot and fresh. My son's onion rings were also scrumptious. I had a great dinner here last night while doing some mall shopping. Ok, it was actually after I got to the mall and locked my keys in my car, so I needed to kill an hour waiting for my girlfriend to come. Anyway, it was an amazing meal! I read about how they got great reviews for their vegetarian burger option so I thought why not. They were busy but not slammed, and there was plenty of seating. People definitely like to come here to watch sports, relax after a busy week, and enjoy great food. The staff was all friendly and the inside is well decorated. They had quite a few affordable drinks, I got the Blonde Ale at $4. It was good tasting and got the bill. Next, I went and tried fried pickles for my first time. They were great! I'm a big pickle fan but they would be good even if you weren't. Great appetizer and the table next to me grabbed some too. For an entree, I got the American Burger with an impossible patty and salad on the side. They have a variety of sides that unfortunately all cost extra with a burger. On the other hand, they are pretty cheap so maybe a good plan to save money. The burger was cooked well, had great flavor and filled me up for a few hours. The pineapple jalapeño marg I ordered legit was the cheapest level of a house marg. It was so sweet I had to question the bartender. She offered an extra shot of some fake jalapeño "puree" they put in it. Ok, first off: USE JALAPEÑO TEQUILA. Then maybe pineapple juice, ya'll got it all wrong. I'd muddle jalapeños & use that 'thick way too sweet pineapple' mixed with it & some house marg. Especially for $10 for a literal small Mason jar size. And they don't offer Tajin for a spicy marg?! Also, they were outta the black salt advertised, altogether. For someone who prides themselves on being a Marg connoisseur: this one was highly disappointing. Not the waitresses fault. Lauren was very gracious in trying to accommodate my pallette. She's the pretty one with mint green hair. Super professional. I'm glad I went with her suggestion on a beer after my marg disappointment & tried the Station 26 Tangerine Cream Ale; it was beyond expectations. Super delicious, creamy not sour, very smooth, perfectly "Creamsicle". I was craving spicy sweet but after trying this beer: this made up for it. I had the mushroom Swiss burger which was cooked (well done was well done) and seasoned perfectly. My hubby had the bacon burger on steroids which means "big yummy huge burger with alotta bacon" with truffle fries. He was happy with everything. Service and food have gone down hill. We used to go here every other Thursday evening for a margarita and dinner. The last couple times we were in there were a few other groups of people who were there and we were all seated in the bar area or near it. We waited 45 minutes for food and then everyone in the restaurant received their food. The waitstaff served our drinks and then hid in the back until the food was ready. We aren't ones to order drinks and leave without paying, so we waited and even tried to wave someone down. The bartender was even awhol so you couldn't get refills. I love their margaritas and sliders or a burger once and awhile but a 45 minute wait isn't worth it. I will figure out how to make the margaritas at home. read more

However, I came in a second time because I had a coupon to make up for the last time I ate here when messed up my order and then my boyfriends order three different times. This time the story was no different. They forgot to put in an order of fries, whatever no big deal, but they also messed up my salad order and put black olives which I hate and had to pick around. My boyfriend took me here the first time because he loves the location in Fort Collins, however something is seriously wrong with this location. Service is terrible, kitchen always messes something up and what can not be forgiven is the explosive diarrhea I experienced at the mall an hour after eating here. Terrible service. I have been going to this place for 3 years and never had I been treated so poorly. Turns out Bad Daddys has their own special "Medium Temperature" that does not align at all with the industry standard. I had gotten the Bacon Cheese Burger on Steroids with a cook of a medium temperature, when I took my first bite it was completely pink. When one of the servers asked how were the first bites, I told her my burger is pink and she said that's how our medium is. I was surprised because it was definitely not a medium and she was not willing to fix the situation. She made it sounds as if I'm the crazy one and if I really wanted to send it back. I said yes I wanted sent back and cooked as a medium. They then changed the cook temperature to medium well just to make a point that I was wrong and did not know anything about cook temps. I then told my main server about the situation and he just ended up protecting his co workers by repeating the same thing, "that's our medium". That pissed me off even further and just told them to box up my burger because I was not having this and they ruined my appetite. If you want a burger cook to the standards of the industry, this is not the place as they like to do things different. I will never go back and I will never take anyone out there anymore. Truly a disappointment and disgusting attitude they have there. You would expect them just to say, oh we will have that cooked a bit more but nope they had to just say I was wrong, which I was not at all. My buddy who I was having lunch with also got a medium and his was cooked perfect. We came on a Sunday around 2 or 3pm and there were very few people there, which was perfect. We were able to sit upstairs and fully enjoy ourselves. We really liked our waiter, we just wish we could remember his name! Spencer? Hunter? He was just really friendly & down to earth and made you feel comfortable. Burgers were delicious, someone even said it's one of the best they've had! I had the texicana salad and it was decent. Chicken on top was good but seemed like way too many chopped onions & tomatoes in it. Nachos were okay. My husband got the Smokehouse Burger and I got the Texican Chicken Salad. The burger was good - but too much sauce on it. On the other hand, my salad was good but not enough dressing. Our server was attentive in the beginning but then couldn't be found when we wanted more drinks or more dressing. That would be the only drawback. Overall - good but could be improved. read more

Hyped up restaurant with a great reputation because of traffic and location. If this place was not located at the front of the mall and cinemas it would be just another ridiculously expensive sports bar outside it's happy hour offerings. Service was efficient, but not terribly friendly. On menu sandwiches look good but I chose to "Build My Own Burger." You choose a meat, bread, cheese, condiments, etc. In the spirit of nickel-and-diming, some offering were tagged with premium prices added to the $10 hamburger patty. read more

This is the worst BD franchise I have been to. We ordered onion rings that never came out of the kitchen until after our sandwiches. And that wasn't fast either. They were barely warm and greasy. My black bean burger seemed barely cooked, it was almost cold. Fries for me and my guest were both like eating rubber. Food was terrible, salty, and cold. For some reason there were no menus up front and nobody in the bar could find a beer menu either. I suggest avoiding this locale. Will not be back. read more
