Ultimately, this was a generally terrible experience. The service was slow, the food was terrible, and I saw a health code violation. It took a while for the waitress to come over and take our order. The restaurant was not busy (other than our table there was only one other) and it took 10 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink. Then it took another 10 minutes for the water to show up and to have our orders taken. I ordered the Bad Ass Burger with fries. The fries arrived cold and floppy. I let the waitress know the fries were cold and she graciously took then and had them remade. The second set, arrived hot and floppy...and were unseasoned. The burger itself was terrible. This was my first time here. We specifically came here because they had the TNF on. They have several screens, some at the bar for bar seating and some near the tables. We sat at a table facing one of the TVs. Christian was our server and he was great. He explained the concept and was very patient and helpful. He got me a sauce to try before i put it in my burger after i told him i don't do spicy. He was smiling the whole time and checked on us several times, he was great. We got mozzarella sticks to start and they were fresh and stretchy. Very good and big. I built my own burger and i put so much sauce that it became soggy, completely my doing, but it was delicious nonetheless. The fries were AMAZING. Met some friends here at 11 am when they opened. Obviously we were seated quickly. Service was very timely from getting our drinks to getting our meal. Jeanette did a fabulous job making sure we had everything we needed. My hubs got the Steakhouse Smashburger and he said it was amazing! I got the Non-Burger Salmon burger which was delicious. Came to Bad Daddy's tonight around 6-7pm and honestly had a pretty mixed experience. I sat at the bar and the bartender seemed like she really didn't want to be there based on her attitude. She also wasn't very attentive. The food was okay and the drinks were pretty mid. One thing that really stood out to me was when I got up to use the restroom and saw the bartender sitting in the hallway on some boxes. It just didn't leave the best impression, especially when the service at the bar already wasn't that attentive. I was actually here the day before as well and sat at the bar, but it was a completely different bartender. That bartender was on her laptop for most of the time. After sitting at the bar two days in a row and having similar experiences with two different bartenders, it just seems like the service at the bar isn't that great. Overall, the service could definitely be better. I'll probably give this place another try, but next time I'll sit at a table and see if the service is any better. read more

The sliders were good too. It was a good size slider. You get on the menu for I believe 14.95. The chili cheese fries were pretty good too. I would've had sour cream on them- but they were still tasty without. The waiter was attentive and good. Kept the drinks filled. It's never easy for me to write negative reviews. But if I was the owner, I would truly want to know. It does pain me to call out failures. First, the food was very good. Not perfect, but very good and I will be back to try again! I ordered a custom smash burger and truffle fries. The fries were a bit cold and the burger was light in the cheese, and needed salt. But overall really yummy. I would describe the service as " pleasant if provoked". It seemed very clear to me that there is no front of the house manager and that the bartender that served me had no experience training on how to be customer facing. She mostly spent time on her phone and didn't acknowledge my needs with simple eye contact, as I would expect. I had to ask for everything I needed... another drink, cleared plate, bill, etc. Multiple times someone came and sat at the bar and she did not acknowledge them until they asked something of her (kind of like fast food counter service). One man just finally left after 15 minutes of no acknowledgment (even just a hi I'll be right with you would have given him hope). I hope that more training is given so that she has the tools and expectations to succeed in their role as a bartender. read more

First off, best burger franchise I've been to. Service is always great and they actually will cook a rare burger!!! Places always over cook it but they will cook to order. Also BEST French fries. It was close to a 30 minute wait for our food. 3 other tables besides us, I'd hardly call it busy so the long wait was upsetting. When the food came out, it was kinda warm at best. The bottom of the burgers were quite soggy. Some of the burgers didn't have the toppings evenly spread, such as the bacon cheeseburger on steroids had all the bacon in one clump. Burgers were cooked to the requested rarity which was nice. The fries were limp and also on the barely warm side. Ordered regular fries and the truffle Parmesan fries and it wasn't anything spectacular. With the truffle fries, it was hardly any truffle taste. All of this was super pricey for the quality of food. Came to this location to celebrate a birthday. The staff was beyond great! They allowed us to select if we wanted in doors or out and we choose out doors. The waitress was great and moved quickly with refilling drinks and taking our orders. She even sent the head bartender out when some had questions about the beer. He did a great job making recommendations to compensate for the options they didn't have. Half way into the meal, the temperature dropped drastically and the waitress had staff come out with the heat lamps so we didn't freeze. This was an all-around bad experience. There was almost nobody in the restaurant. That should have been a clue. We decided to order some onion rings. The menu said $6. I was billed $9.95. I later realized the waiter said "You mean the appetizer" and that made them cost more. He did not tell us that. Then I ordered a Patty Melt. The menu says Rye bread. It looked and tasted like Wonder Bread. It was wet and mushy, barely toasted. The middle of the burger was hardly cooked. The music is so loud in there you can't carry on a conversation, and it drove us nuts. We couldn't wait to get out of there and for that reason I didn't look at my check as close as I usually do. I was charged for a Dr Pepper but I had water to drink. There was no place to park and because I can't walk along distance, I went in the parking garage thinking it would be $3 or $4. It was $8 to park for an hour and a half. I left over a 20% tip which I regret. I usually tip better than that, I'm glad I did not. I highly recommend if you want a good burger go to North Hills to Five Guys. I haven't ever had a bad burger there. The total for my meal was $29.39 for a bad burger. That's a lot. The only thing that was good was the house made chips and they were so perfect in size I couldn't help but wonder if they were really house made. I don't think so.
