I like the Buffalo Brothers Fly'n Hawaiian pizza because they add cherries to the typical ham and pineapple pizza. I do wish they would improve their crust though. Their pizza crust reminds me of communion wafers - it has no flavor. Even adding salt would help! We also had the pimento cheese dip and it did say with jalapeños, but it was saturated with them so if you can't eat super spicy foods, don't even try it. The sweet potato fries and house made chips were enjoyed as well as their build your own chicken sandwiches. Service was great and our server surprised our birthday person with a hot brownie sundae (and 4 spoons). They have no idea what they're doing and the customer suffers. I ordered food for pickup. Nothing fancy and the only special request I had was no sauce on one of the appetizers. I show up at the pick up and there's a table with orders. I don't see mine so I sit down and wait. About 10 minutes past so I ask the host, a young guy who looked a bit flustered, and he said he didn't know. Food kept coming out, none were mine. Customers came and went, and still no food. About 10 more minutes pass, and I ask again, and still nothing. I sit there politely waiting, and still nothing. After another 10 minutes I ask him to get somebody who can help me and a manager comes out and tells me that it's going to be about 10 more minutes. He apologizes and tells me that the food had been waiting the entire time. I guess they were remaking a portion of it? But the food eventually comes out. It's been about 40 minutes at this point. He offers me a discount and I politely decline. I get home and they only remade one portion. All the rest were cold. And the order was wrong. It's no secret that I am a Buffalo Brothers fan, but I had never been to this location until today for lunch. I like the atmosphere and layout more than the other locations I've been to in the past. We were seated quickly but there was a delay in seeing a server, as I think we were forgotten but service improved after that; drinks were refilled promptly and food service was quick! I ordered the chicken Cesar wrap with a side of chips and some ranch for dipping. The wrap was pretty good. My friend got some sort of sandwhich that appeared a bit "over toasted" to me but she ate it anyway. The 10 year old that was part of the group ate every bite of his cheeseburger and french fries. Went to Buffalo Brothers in Wake Forest for the first time to see how it is. I'll cut straight to the heart of the matter to spare the long story. The board on the wall stated drafts for $4.75. Waitress confirmed the beer prices. I went with a Pernicious at the confirmed $4.75 price. I ordered 10 wings and asked if the wings are small or normal size before ordering to make sure I wasn't ordering those shrunken wings from the COVID era. Confirmed they were not small and if they were then they bring out more to compensate for the small wings. I ordered blue cheese. Wings come out and are tiny. The dip is ranch as confirmed by the manager. They charge me for two beers at $6.75 each and upcharge me on the wings as well. I reached out to the owner, Matthew Boyd (mboyd12345@gmail.com, yeah a gmail account for a business owner instead of an official company contact says a lot about how fly-by-night this operation is), and all he says is the customer is wrong and needs to go somewhere else. So, they screw up my order, over charge me, then threaten to call the police!! when all I was asking was for the bill to be adjusted, and they do not lift one finger to make it right. We had to wait a long time to receive our buffalo wrap and chicken tenders. There was nothing to write home about. (Yet I'm doing it anyway) It was typical bar food with lackluster flavor. The restaurant wasn't clean and we had to ask our waitress multiple times for the same thing before it was received. I would not recommend visiting this restaurant. Ahh, the ubiquitous sports bar! You know the story: a bunch of flat panels, cheap beer and lots of fried foods. Not the usual type of place I want to check out but every now and then I gots to go! And that's what Buffalo Brothers delivers, the typical sports bar experience. This new location on Lake Boone Trail is decent, it's big and spacious with a nice concrete patio. Plenty of TV's around and definitely a popular place for college football. But what about the food?! I've been at Buffalo Brothers twice and it's always been a meh experience for me. I loves me some wings from time to time, Buffalo Bros has some decent flavors but definitely not as good as Buffalo Wild Wings. And the wings were also sort of puny, these birds obviously didn't make it to the gym much... The onion strings were fine but a bit cold with pre-packaged sauces. And yeah, the place was busy which makes me think that Buffalo Brothers isn't really making the food to order. When you order fried food it should come out awful hot, not the case here. The menu is pretty much what you could get at any sports bar so you better be doing it damn well to stand out, in my opinion! Service was fine, we did some Coors Light specials including some beer towers. If you're gonna drink crappy beer, it's gotta be cold, right? So what's there to say but Buffalo Brothers is ok, probably 2.5 stars but I'm knocking them down a bit because of the prices and smaller portions. While I did order a lot of food and drink a lot of cheap beer, my tab still came out to over $50. Yep, I could have eaten at the Rockford three times or the Pit a couple of times with far better food. Traveling into the Raleigh area and the place I was hoping to go to has a full bar and Buffalo Bros was near by. This outside of the restaurant looks really nice, but the inside doesn't match. Overall this place is mediocre. Nothing to write home about. Food was okay. Had the Buffalo Wings and they were done well but there is zero customization allowed which was bummer given this place seem to pride itself on their wings. I also had the mozzarella cheese, it was also good but not special. The bar tender and service was overall okay. Beer selection is meh, no cocktails on the menu but a "full bar". Sports environment with lots of TVs. Place seemed unkept and a bit dirty but not so much so I would leave. If you're looking for something easy, Buffalo Bros is fine. And I was even happier to find Barbaloo wings! This was my husbands first time trying buffalo brothers and I was so excited for him. We decided on buffalo brothers after not really knowing what we should eat and Pizza is ALWAYS a good choice + we had a coupon so yeah! It was a great choose! I called the pizza in and the guy on the phone was very accommodating and nice! He made sure that he understood that I said which was great! Over the phone we ended up ordering a large pizza with 1/2 lb of boneless Thai wings. Our total came up to about $26 but with the coupon it knocked it down to $16 which was great! It took about 15 mins for the pizza to be done which wasn't bad at all. We were able to wait at the front of the restaurant! When we are the pizza at home it was fresh and the wings were tasty!
