I called 4 days later once I noticed and was told a manager wasn't onsite but they'd leave my name and number for the following day. That was 5 days ago and I haven't heard back or recieved a refund. I called again and was told the same thing about a manager not being a site and taking my name and number. Disputed the charge with my bank which is now an unnecessary long process because this place couldn't take 5 minutes to make it right.

I Went there for a dry hair style (curls) for an occasion where we were taking pictures. I have A LOT A LOT of hair. Like every hair stylist/ hair cutter has commented on how much hair and volume I have. Not more than 45 min after my appointment I left looking greasy (it's very hard for that to even happen to me, but I guess the products they use look greasy) And my curls were gone, my hair looked stringy and flat. Not sure what tools they use but they aren't professional I couldn't even believe how flat and gross it looked (it looked dirty). I was there for an hour and a half, and mind you I went in with dry hair not wet. I had to completely start over to fix it. I called them back 3 days ago. The manager there, Karina felt that I wasn't worth her time to get back to me. She left me an initial voicemail and told me she was free to talk to me all day Friday and every time I called the front desk girls would say oh she'll call you at this time and then she never would. I also asked for them to get her so that we could speak for 1-2 minutes. She refused because she was "too busy." I finally got a call back from a manager at another location From Eileen. I asked them for a refund since what they did to my hair was atrocious. They keep giving me the run around and even asked me to come back another time ( NO THANK YOU! ). Has anyone else had an experience like this there? I just can't believe how disrespectful they are there and also how awful my hair looked. Spread the word so this doesn't happen to you. I even went to look at reviews and I'm not the only one this had happened to. Looked like 10 other women had just around the same experience as mine. With how expensive things are these days I feel that it's unacceptable. Also kindness go ways further than rudeness. Eileen called me back with a very fake nice persona telling me that I won't be getting a refund and that I can come in and they will do my hair again. HA! no thanks! I don't think I will be ever wasting my time at that place ever again. Spare yourself! Go somewhere else!

I made a Sat 7 am appt for my young daughter who was slated to be a flower girl in a morning…read morewedding. Got her up super early for this appt and when we arrived, the shop was still closed. Phone number went to automatic voicemail. A stylist came in around 7:10 am and checked me in. Told me the stylist doing my daughter's hair should be in any minute. She texts her without response. Then calls the manager to reach out. The in house stylist takes her scheduled appt for 7:15. At 7:30, I ask for an update. Supposedly she left and is on her way. I ask how long out is she? Another 20 minutes! I end up waiting as I did want my daughter to look nice as she's in the bridal party. At 7:50, this stylist STILL isn't here, so the other stylist starts with my daughter. I skip the wash and blow out and do a dry-style/braid as it's now an hour later and we're late for wedding pics! At 8:30 when we left, that stylist never made it in--looked like the manager had come in, but no apology or anything from management. I cancelled my own appointment for later day and scheduled at another salon in town. For the type of competition that's around, esp around the corner, these guys must do better!!! I came in for a balayage and desperately needed some TLC for my 2 year grown out very long hair. Kylie did an incredible job and was super friendly and informative during the whole process. She even came in early so that I would be able to get to work on time! She also gave me a trim and was very considerate of the fact that I wanted to keep the length long. Overall, my hair came out so beautiful and healthy.. I am slightly obsessed haha. I am already planning on coming back in a few months for a trim and touch up!
