She did a good job but I didn't get any TLC at all. I was never sent to wash my hands, the wet towel used to clean my hands was cold, she didn't clean the excess powder from around nails or under my fingers. Like I said - they run it like a factory. My nails came out nice and I'm on week 3 with no chips or breaks. This salon is a little cheaper than the rest so I guess that's why they don't go above and beyond. When I went to pay, I was charged $30 instead of the $28 price shown on my confirmation. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was told the website had a mistake. It's not about the $2. It's about the wasted time, inaccurate information, and lack of apology or accountability. If your website doesn't work, take it down. If your prices change, update them. Customers shouldn't have to deal with these discrepancies. Unfortunately, this was not a good first impression, and I hope the owner corrects these issues so others don't have the same experience.
