I love the food here but will likely never be back. We are going through COVID, there's a state mask mandate, and when I went in to get my food not one single person was wearing a mask. Visited this restaurant with my hubbie yesterday, 8/20, while on a nice country drive. We have been there before, as recently as last year, and have enjoyed the decor, ambience, and the food very much! However, when the server (and later we discovered, our waitress) sat us at a table and was not wearing a mask, a pall was shone over the entire experience. We did not see a Manager around, but another waitress *was* wearing a mask, which was nice to see. No patrons wearing masks, even while waiting for food, which according to the Governor's mandate, is supposedly required... Burgers were great as usual, but we felt very uncomfortable and disrespected when being served by our waitress, who apparently thought masks were "optional". read more

Tried this for the first time yesterday. Sadly I was very underwhelmed. The food was a bit expensive considering portion sizes were lacking compared to other similar restaurants. The two star rating is ONLY because we were seated immediately. The food was bad enough but the service was absolutely horrendous. The booth was dirty, the napkins holding the flatware, dirty. There were three waitresses working plus a hostess and a lady who seemed to be an owner or at the very least a manager. Apparently take-out orders are more important than in house customers as the three aforementioned waitresses were more concerned with those orders than actual dining customers. The waitress literally came to the table TWICE. The first time she took the order and after I searched her out for the check she came to the table with the check. Never asked how the food was, never asked if we wanted refills etc. I think I can do better for $25.00 especially since there are restaurants who WILL and DO provide excellent food AND service. Needless to say I won't be going back NOR will I recommend this restaurant to any family or friends. read more

Looking for something new and different for the family, we checked out the BBC. We were not disappointed. The place has a comfortable sports bar feel to it, adorned with classic Harley pics in the lower dining area. Parking was easy to get on the weeknight we visited. It didn't take long to get seated and waited on. We ordered drinks and an app right away. There was a mix up with our app which caused it to come with dinner (not a deal breaker). I had the Badger burger ( not made with an actual badger!). It was done the way I like it, medium rare, which is a huge accomplishment considering most times I order it this way it comes to me medium well to done. Chive fries are the way to go and ask for a side of ranch for dipping. Point Burger Bar could learn a think or two from BBC! read more

This weekend my family of 16 met at Elegant Farmer for our (35th) annual trip! It was cold so this year it was all about doing 'enough' to make the kids feel like it was a good trip and getting somewhere warm to eat. I drive through Mukwanago often but only on the outskirts so I had to turn to Yelp for lunch suggestions. I found Badger Burger Company and checked out their website. I didn't see a kids menu so I called them - they assured me they had a kids menu. My family of 16 showed up about 45 minutes later. I know that 16 is a large number when you aren't expecting that and usually we are met with a few signs when we show up places but they had no problem setting up our table. They had multiple TV's on every wall. My divided family kindly asked them to put the Bears game on one of the TV's. They said they were unsure if they could do it but said they would try. My brothers were very happy when the game popped up moments later. (I saw a manager walking around trying to figure out how to do just some of the TV's. We would have appreciated the effort even if she hadn't gotten it to work!) We were wowed that they didn't take the easy way out and just say 'no' which they easily could have. Since there was also a packers game on the waiters were decked out in Packer gear and they had trivia, free shots for touchdowns, and raffles going on. Even as a non-packer fan I appreciated all of the effort they put into the dinning experience. We had one waitress for our table and she did a great job getting all of our orders and checks correct. Half of our party ordered Burgers and I heard no complaints. I ordered the Makers Mark burger and it was on point. SO good. They had a lot of side options to choose from and I chose the chive fries. They were to.die.for. Someone ordered chicken strips and cheese curds that I was able to try and they were also very good. There were no complaints from anyone and we all agreed that this would have to be part of our fall tradition. The food was amazing. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. I have never felt so cozy at a restaurant before and I feel like a pretty tough critic. read more

One word.....awesome!!!!! This is just a little Sports Bar off 83 North in Mukwonago. They serve pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. The burgers are $11.50, but they are 1/2 pound patties and come with either Sour Cream and Chive fries, or steak fries. Their appetizers are great too! The loaded nachos are a meal in itself. One specialty is their Bloody Mary. They serve four different types (which range in price). The toppings are "over the top." Nice atmosphere, with courteous, attentive staff! A must try! read more

Definitely average. I wish I could give 2 1/2 stars. For starters this place has a definite identity crisis. It used to be Half-Time's Downtown Grille, same owner new name; Badger Burger and same interior. Even a sign with the old name is hanging inside. My wife had a Reuben on marbled rye which she enjoyed. I had an Italian Beef that was small in comparison to others that I have had. The fries were supposed to be sour cream and chive but tasted like regular fries to me. Stopped for lunch twice. Had average service and well above average food. -granted it is bar food. Much better food than most places. Parking can sometimes be an issue as we had to park about 1/2 block away in another parking lot. This place only has off street parking. Price is about average as well. Well worth the stop if you are in the area or passing through. It is family friendly and shows as a sports bar, imo. Seems to be more of a younger, college-aged crowd that frequents there. I ordered the prime rib wrap, it was really good. Also ordered some traditional wings with asian chili sauce. They were excellent ! Cooked thru but not dry and had nice grill marks. We met a group of six people here for dinner and few drinks on a Thursday. We were able to get a table but it was very crowded for trivia night so I would suggest reservations. I believe we were told they take them. The place is nice and clean and set up well. Tables are a good distance apart so you don't feel like you are sitting with strangers. Our waitress was younger and very nice. She forgot a couple things we had to follow up on but really wasn't a huge deal and she was very sweet and apologized. Two of us got the create your own Mac and cheese. Although they don't have a lot of toppings, they have a good selection. I went with 5 veggies. It comes out and is your own portion of it that has some breadcrumbs broiled on top. It was delicious. They are spiral noodles with a good cheese sauce and ample of the toppings mixed in. My husband got the badger burger and said he really enjoyed it. A few at the table got the brandy old fashions. They said they were great. Prices were very reasonable. We would definitely go back, my husband said there were a few things he would try but I would have a hard time stepping out from the Mac and cheese!! read more

My mom has become quick friends with the workers here, and through being here quite a lot I can say it's a really fun easy going environment. With the fun though I've never felt like the quality or service has been lost or sacrificed. The apps are always amazing and so are the meals. My dad loves the Bloody Mary's in their full extra glory and my mom never has complaints on her drinks. They asked if we wanted them to come out first (we said yes) but they came out with our meals. The burger I had ordered was medium, but I got a well done very dry burger. Ordered a 16" Sausage, Mushroom, Onion Pizza for take-out and the crust was cracker thin which is what I like BUT so were the toppings ! ...Very Small Bits of Sausage, Mushrooms and Onions and BARELY any Sauce or Mozzarella cheese !! ... Maybe they were running low :) It was so THIN and DRY !!! ... Bad news and never again ... A good chef would never let that out of the kitchen !!! ... You guys lost the original recipe from Estella's Italian Grille Restaurant but still have the great stone fired oven ... Very Sad it's not being put to it's real potential ... For over $21 bucks ... Was looking for a great burger, after apple picking. This place did not disappoint. The atmosphere as really cool, relaxed and casual. The football game was playing on many tv's. Burgers were delicious. Thick and juicy cooked as you like the (medium for me). You can build your own or they have custom burgers either way, they are great. Recommend checking it out.
